I had a nice experience with Copeland much better than dealing with the prior owner .George the salesman was a low key super nice man who knew his stuff , it was the first car I looked at didn’t want to go any further with other dealers I’ve owned a Subaru since I lived in Vermont 40 years ago I’ve always had good luck with them . I thank them for all the attention to detail .

I had a great used car buying experience at Copeland Subaru Hyannis. Great price, service, and peace of mind. Sales agent, George, was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. He followed through getting my Forester checked over, repaired, and cleaned. When I picked it up, it looked like a new car!My daughter had a similar experience buying a Crosstrek.Thank you George and Copeland Subaru, Hyannis.

If you want to buy a car from Copeland Subaru, make sure to ask for Robert Wayburn. From the first meeting and showing us the vehicles, to the moment we signed the paperwork, Robert was friendly, kind and very knowledgable. Not only was he a great car salesman, but quite the history buff and very entertaining. He also drove our new car all the way to Woodshole so we can make it to our ferry reservation. Great experience dealing with our sales Rep Patrick Fortin. Purchased our first Subaru in 2010, which we are still driving with 190,000 miles and it runs like new. And we look forward to enjoying our new Forester and relationship with Copeland Subaru.

Buying a car from Patrick did not fill me with the desire to flay the flesh from my own face. The guy who’s desk is also somehow a computer managed to get me a lower rate on my monthly payments than I was quoted originally - I was in and out in three hours, which seems like a long time because it IS a long time, but not that long considering the car isn’t a flaming projectile of garbage and the bros in their weren’t terrible. Overall satisfied with an experience which in prior years has made me yearn for the sweet nothingness of oblivion.Thanks, Patrick and Computerdeskman.You do not suck.

My salesman, George Costa was excellent. Also dealt with the sales manager, Justin and both were very easy to work with. As a former luxury brand car salesman myself, I recognize any games that can be played. I experienced none of that at the dealership. A nice easy car buying experience.

I bought a car from them last year and while the people are extremely friendly they are there to get you to spend your money. They tell you that you will have navigation and remote starter with your brand new car but will leave out the fact that you need to pay a monthlysubscription for it. If I had know about this upfront I wouldn't have gotten a Subaru.

Very professional and fast service provided by Patrick and Brittany. It was pleasure to do business with them on every level, from the beginning to the end (picking up the brand new vehicle). It was excellent experience given that the purchase was out of state of MA.
