I use CCFC as a guest frequently and like how well run it is. The equipment may look a bit dated but everything works and is perfectly clean. Good combo of free weights, machines and functional training tools. Friendly staff. Definitely can get a good workout in when you are on the Cape!

Been going to the Cape Cod Fitness way back, when it opened as Golds Gym back in 1995. I love the place with great members and last of the real lifting gyms left !Khalil does a great job managing and taking the time to be pleasant to all .

They have lots of different machines but they are very old and squeaky. Equipment is not updated but gym is big.

Good gym they just need to fix the equipment they have and grab a couple of new pieces of equipment
