Store has gone downhill in the past few years. I was overcharged more than once. The store itself was a mess. Merchandise strewn all over and damaged packaging on some items. Also, not too much choice in the different departments. However, employees are still very cheerful and friendly. Pricing is unclear, so you don't find out, sometimes, how much an item is until you check-out.

Went to the kohls in hyannis, very good store. went to look for a pink shirt found exactly what i needed. went upto the customer service for checkout. was greeted by hope that was the only person there at the time (near closing i’m assuming) she was very professional in explaining everything to me. ask me if i wanted to sign up for a kolhs charge. so i did, was approved a few minutes later after 3 minutes of my time. would definitely kohls from now on!
