“Took my 2017 Chevy Trax in after an engine overheating light came on. From the ladies in the office to the techs working on the vehicle- everyone was so kind and informative. They seemed genuinely concerned about my safety driving the vehicle, motivated to fix it promptly and offered very fair pricing. They alerted me to some upcoming service needs without pressuring me to book right away. So impressed with the overall experience. I’ll be skipping the Chevy dealer and using Harvey’s Auto moving forward. 10/10 highly recommend”
“Scott was awesome! He was incredibly polite, cheerful, and helpful on the phone. When I got there, he graciously showed me around the office space/show floor. There was a roku TV, free snacks, drinks, hot chocolate and coffee, table and chairs, single putt golf set, and a cornhole board, among other things. It's the first auto body shop where I could see they cared about us customers who have to sit and wait, bored as hell for hours? At one point, I heard one of the guys in the shop whistling! They were done in the time frame estimated, which is always appreciated, and my appt was next day when I called. They got me right in within 5 minutes of arriving. The gentleman at the cash register was just as happy and helpful! Thank you to Scott and the whole team!”
“Dave and his brother have always been extremely helpful. Whenever I have gone in and have had questions on parts or diagnosing an issue, their patience and help is unlike anyone. They’ve always treated me with respect and honesty whenever doing business with them. I had an issue on my salter and went to them to ask what part I was going to need to fix it, and with the possibility of it being 2 issues, Dave squeezed me in at the end of the day on a Friday just before a storm and had me all fixed up and ready to go. “We were referred to Service Connection by another mechanic for a broken exhaust connection. They were able to take the car almost immediately, answered all of our questions, and the cost was extremely reasonable. At pick up, they took the time to explain another problem they found. They again took the time to thoroughly explain that problem to us and what we should do next about it. I highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.”

“Took my older Mustang here a couple of weeks ago for an inspection after doing some serious suspension work last year (then stored for the winter) they found slight play in the wheel and guessed it was a loose bolt on the strut. Turns out because they were not factory shocks/bolts/nuts the torque specs were much higher than stock and they were right. Car is back on the road! Appreciate you guys going the extra mile!”
“Professional and respectful towards their customers, putting the customer before profit. I had a shake in the front end of my Tocoma. Rudy literally saved my life by informing me about a bad ball joint. I pull a trailer at 65 mph I don't fix anything until it breaks, if that ball joint broke at any speed would have been devastating. Great service, honest, affordable repairs, without the extra BS. “I don't leave many reviews, but I have to say that my interaction with Nesco was great.
My vehicle was damaged by another driver & I needed an auto body shop to service it.
From the start I was greated by McColl & Kevin. They took time to look over the vehicle & explain to me what they would need to do & approximately how long it would take. They are a busy shop,but found time to service my vehicle within a week.
I was going through the other person's insurance for payment & Nesco made it very easy for them to deal with directly.
The job done on my vehicle was great & it's like it never happened.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest & fair body shop”
