As an Italian New Yorker, who came up here for a visit, I was very disappointed in the quality of the food. The pasta was definitely not homemade, and the mushrooms came from a can. You could just tell from looking at the food that it wasn’t little Italy quality. The service was fantastic though! Our waitress was very attentive and give great service.Wheelchair accessibility: Nonexistent. Small walking areas.

We started with bruchetta. The bread was warm, and the tomatos were nice and fresh, good tasting olive oil rounded it out. Had the veil special, noodles were al dente and everything tasted fresh. Finished off with tiramisu, a hint of alcohol but all the other flavors were well balanced. I haven't tried an Italian resturant since I left Italy in 2010 because I knew I'd be disappointed. I was wrong, eat here leave full and happy. Grazie mille!

The food was incredible but one of our dishes came out wrong the first time, however, as someone that works at a restaurant I understand so that was no big deal for us. They corrected it swiftly and the proper meal was on our table within 4 minutes. Our server was okay, I say that because she wasn't very attentive and I understand it's a busy place but she also spoke to us with food in her mouth on occasion. The food was absolutely incredible, I had the chicken piccata, my sister had the ravioli marinara, and my friend had the gnocchi marinara. This is a great restaurant for kids or picky eaters because everything is customizable, however don't go if you're looking for a quiet restaurant. The new renovations are all beautiful too!

The food is always delicious. The service is amazing. Evelyn, our waitress is always the best. The remodel is nice. My only complaint was the restaurant was crowded and we had probably the worst table in the restaurant.

Wonderful good, generous portions, great price. Antonio's is small and not unnecessarily fancy, and delivers amazing staples of Italian food. As good as the food I've had in the North End without the frenzied tourists.

Very convenient location across from MGH (easy parking there for patients). Both entrees were large and good: a special shrimp in light wine, garlic, marinara sauce with squash; mussels with fish and clams. Disappointed by calamari appetizer that wasn’t very crisp but at least didn’t have peppers.

We love the newly updated decor improvements. Great photography, refined appearance. Service was attentive and gracious. The fried artichokes and calamari could have been crispier, but we still loved them.

The only REAL Italian place in Boston! We need more restaurants like Antonios that focus on the best quality of food instead of instagram. Best chicken picatta ever 12/10. Would eat here everyday for the rest of my life.

Ate here with my husband and two children (10&12) after a day at the Museum of Science. The meal was UH-MAZING, the service was charming and friendly, and it was the best Italian any of us have had in too long. We stumbled in to this place out of sheer dumb luck but will definitely make this a stop again!Kid-friendliness: Friendly and hospitable, would probably not bring small children, as it’s not a large space

After spending all day in the ER at Mass General, my 3 gal pals and I were starving. I googled restaurants near me and found Antonio’s was a mere 3 minute walk. We were hoping to be seated at 4:45 on a Saturday and walked in without a reservation. Lucky for us the owner was standing nearby when we walked in and said he would seat us if we could be done by 6 as he had a party coming in. Yay for us!! We had a scrumptious dinner, great service and were out by 6 as agreed.Unfortunately, one of us did a face plant on the road that required a trip to the ER at the beginning of our day. We missed our afternoon reservation in the North End and our train ride home but Thank you Antonio’s for saving our girls day out. We all agree, we will be back when we get to do our redo girls day!

Antonio's Cucina Italiano: Cozy Ambiance with a Mixed Dining ExperienceAntonio's Cucina Italiano in Beacon Hill exudes a dark and cozy charm, creating an intimate atmosphere perfect for a quiet evening. The dim lighting adds to the ambiance, making it a suitable spot for a relaxed dining experience. While the food was okay, it didn't quite hit the mark of greatness. The menu had its highlights, but the overall culinary journey left me with mixed feelings. On a positive note, the servers were friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. While Antonio's may not become my regular haunt, I wouldn't be opposed to revisiting once in a while, perhaps for the inviting ambiance and the occasional craving for their fare.
