They suck I'm stuck with 2 phones that I was charged to my credit card maxed out.now my account is suspended and I have 2 phones I never activated1.the staff Laffer at me and asked me to buy another phone.i was never told you have to activate within 7 days. I did this in may.now I'm getting a job to pay theses phones off in January.

Sales person was knowledgeable and friendly. The store however, had no phones in stock. The displays are bolted down and can't be tried. Waste of time to take the trip there.

Terrible!!! They canceled my service without ever contacting me when new renters moved into my multi family unit. O had to jump through hoops to get my service restarted. The price has gotten sky high, and I was just notified of a new increase! I found a new provider, and now they're going to charge me a early cancellation fee instead of honoring my original start of service date. JUST DON'T

The agents on the phone tell you one thing and the employees tell you another. They need to mix up the employees because the ones that work there aren't polite at all. The Kiosk don't work and haven't in months i believe it's in an effort to make you interact with their employees so they can sell you things. Unfortunately our Coty has made an outrageous deal with Comcast so they have the ONLY contract to provide cable services here in Brockton, there's other companies but they aren't allowed here so the prices are ridiculous, the go up EVERY month. It's not right

Been overcharged for years. I go in to return some unneeded merchandise and change my plan and they barely do so and send me home with a defective device so that nothing works! Thieves!

Answered all my questions about my new cable box and remote. Gave me a new Cable Guide and instruction booklet. Deneisha was especially helpful. Best Comcast Service Center anywhere!

We are dealing with a pandemic at the moment but this store follows protocol exactly as they should and helped me with an internet connection issue I was having. This store improved my overall experience and outlook on Comcast.

Miss Deneisha is a exceptional employee. I have never felt more welcome in a store until going to the Roslindale Location I have been threw so much stress with trying to get help with customer service. I was on my way to Lowe’s when passing thru Roslindale and seen the Xfinity store I was very hesitant to go in because my experience with customer service. When walking into this location all faces are alert and willing to help Miss Deneisha greeted me with a very bubbly warm welcome, with her smile and personality I felt I was in the right hands I explained my situation and went on telling her that I was having problems, I not once felt ignored and she never tried to get me to hurry up she listened and allowed me to express my concerns. She was very professional very informed. She answered all my questions and helped me with my issue helped. she is an asset to this Store location that I highly recommend anyone that is looking for a pleasant employee go see her. I can say as long as she’s there this will forever be my go to store.
