Love the upgraded Xfi modem, even though I nearly locked myself out putting my devices on pause. Til I discovered one I hadn't and was able to enter that one and unlock them all...whew!!! The representative here in Hyde Park was kind enough to allow my Son to pick it up with information she gathered from me. So if you haven't swapped out yours, I don't know what your waiting for, its Fabulous. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Quick professional and easy to get in and out of the building. People driving the wrong way at the entrance and exits was a bit scary, but other than that...?

Very knowledgeable employees took me 5 minutes to what I needed to do when I was on the phone to the Philippines because they Outsource and I spent there on the phone 7 hours between two days with the Philippines they got nothing done nothing but got me frustrated and waste my time so I hate the fact that they Outsource but this door particular was very knowledgeable they're great have nothing bad to say

Walked in this location to return some equipment and customer service did not exist. YWR customer service agents name was not friendly. In fact her and two other co workers were gossiping about management. Very bad for business. When the customer walks in they should be greeted not left waiting for a conversation to finish.

Somebody would be able to fix my cable being pixelated without having to send out somebody by just having me to unplug a cable and plug it back in I've been having this problem since March but because of the coronavirus they couldn't send anybody out in the people they did send out what just replace the Box not realizing it was a faulty cord.
