This location needs a new manager to clean the house! Staff bringing their child to work, not honest, unprofessional at all! mom made a payment thru the machine that it was broken and they let her proceed and after she deposited the money she was told, constantly going to this location because they haven’t report the payment yet! They keep saying that, we called the main number and it hasn’t reflect in the account yet!

The employees at this store are very unprofessional. Don’t know how to talk to people,worst customer service ever. It’s like the customers are working with the employees. I understand this place is in the middle of Roxbury but didn’t expect the people to be so trashy

I have text between me and their agents saying I paid over 600 on july 11 and 12. So the next week I seen they were trying to take another 300 so I checked my account on their website it said I owed 00.00. Well I said I'm canceling that 300 because its way to early it wasn't even Aug yet. So when I called the agent said wow you must be rich! I said excuse me no I'm poor because all my pay goes to you. Well he sent back that money . I check again on their site it said Aug 5 322 was due. Ok great all set. Fast forward to Aug 1 I owe 1300 I'm behind 3 months. I said what ? You and my bank said payment was taken July 11 and 12. Now its getting shut off because who wants to pay 1300 for this lying service. Oh and that money they gave back they are now claiming its from june . I laughed they dont let you go a day never mind months. Lying thieves. I'm calling a lawayer.
