This is my first time renting from this location and I will do it again. First of all it was not sooo packed that the environment is overwhelming for people like me then I don come in keep in mind I was a mess because I was two hours late to pick up my reservation ok the two young gentleman made me feel better and relaxed because of crazy life sometimes. Then I was running a little late and they worked with me and I left there very happy doing business with them

Slow service. No one can answer questions about my online order delays. Representatives seem like they hate being there, which I don't blame them, U-Haul has really gone downhill.

Clerk was very helpful and informative. When I asked if I could rent some moving blankets, and that I'd just need 2, he let me have them no charge. Got me setup and out in no time with my trailer. Also was very helpful when I called and needed to extend my reservation by a few minutes due to traffic. I'll certainly be back.

Be careful because they charged me for a dolly that wasn't even there and pads that didn't have the plastic lock. So it made it seemed like I used it. Make sure you calculate your bill and if something is off call!!!!

I could or I should give 0 if it has that option. I should have trusted the rate of the review. I got fuel charge even though I have recharged 1.6 gallons, I drove 3 miles, local, with the 15' truck.They told us the gas is half full before we drove the truck away. Nobody came out with us, not really start the truck to check. We asked him to check if everything is good infront of us., and he said it's all set,. When I drove home and check the bill, fuel chare was there.The customer service told me, they charge the fuel because tey didn't see it's half full.First, he didn't told me that.Second, I recharged like I said before.Third, all that based on their saying, no prove at all.Thnks god I took the photo before I drove away, and got my money back.

Man this place is slammed with negative reviews but I rented a truck for the day and had a very positive experience. The person who checked me in was friendly and helpful. The truck was solid and checkout was very fast. Not much more you can ask for from a UHaul experience.

I would give 0 star if I could. 24/7 pick up is a joke. There is no button for pick up truck(watched their YouTube instructions, the UI is no where close). Called customer service, on hold for 1 hours. Giving up after 2 hours trying during midnight. Good job, you ruined my moving plan. Please go out of the business.

Arrived at 6:45pm today and was told the propane system goes down 15 minutes before closing time. After reading other reviews, it just sounds like they have no interest in helping people with propane. Needless to say, I won't be going back here for propane...

Rob the manager was excellent. It’s just a uhaul my expectations were not high. I needed a car carrier and the web site said I could rent one at that location. I set up the rental, when I arrived early Rob was working on a previous issue. What I determined was he was genuinely concerned about the previous customer problem. Bring the only employee at the location at the time he then helped me. Quick small talk and I quickly determined he has a quality lacking at most national chain establishments; Rob was concerned, caring, and took pride in his work. My rental was only for a couple hours. Upon returning he was still working to resolve the previous customer problem. The lot is small with lots of vehicles and trailers. Rob was working very hard to supply excellent customer experience. Problems often exist within many establishments with corporate policies affecting individual locations. Don’t fault the individual for the problems they can’t control. Praise the person who shows empathy and understanding in helping the person standing in front of them. I had no problems and equipment worked as expected. I don’t know when I will visit uhaul again but would definitely visit this location again when need arises.

Robert Moody did a GREAT job helping me with a hitch for an upcoming move. He was patient, kind and knowledgable. I would highly recommned heading to U-Haul on VFW parkway in West Roxbury.

The manger Mr. Robert Moody is fantastic. I had a difficult hitch situation, he worked extremely hard at it to fix it. He is extremely efficient and sincere. His employee did not show up, yet he kept his promise to me and worked on my hitch problem at the same time multitasked to take care of his other customers.
