Best customer service I’ve dealt with in a long time. I was trying to find a part for a boat that was pretty rare. I got on the phone with Meghan and she located the part quickly and had it on order for next day. I won’t be shopping at west marine anymore

I called Campbell's and spoke with Meg about a boat they were brokering. Meg called me back promptly and spent a lot of time on the phone with me giving a full description and answering all of my questions. She didnt have to because there was a lot of interest in this boat. She was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. She represented the seller very well but also treated me fairly as a potential buyer. Ultimately, the seller and I couldnt find a number that worked for both of us and I wasn't able to buy the boat, but I was so impressed with Meg I had to leave a review. If you are thinking of buying or selling a boat, I'd highly recommend working with Meg. She's an A+

Wasn’t thrilled by the experience. I did not find what I came looking for. What I did find was overpriced. I had packed several things to take like tinned wire and other parts and asked the vendor if I could pop open one of those resealable plastic boxes to measure the screw hole spacing. He said no so I put the box back and he though I was still opening it, so started rudely yelling at me until he realized I was not intending to do anything wrong—yet never even offered an apology. He lost my $100 purchase.

Gave Campbell's Boat Works the opportunity to service my mooring, they were unable to complete the job and still charged full price, when I requested that they complete the job, they insisted on charging me an additional fee. I found a competent person and will never use Campbell's again, nor would I enter their store to buy a fire extinguisher if my hair was on fire in their parking lot. Sad, what greed and incompetence can do.... You've been warned.

I have had the real pleasure of dealing with Campbell's boat works for many years. Meg is always friendly and very knowledgeable! No matter what the issue she will have a solution. The new store is great, they have a terrific selection of all Boat/Marine related iteams.
