I highly recommend Longs for your watch purchases. Mike and John are fantastic, very knowledgable about not only specific brands but horology in general.The purchase was smooth, easy and they aere great at talking watches. If you are a watch fanatic like me or just need a time piece Longs is the place to go. I look forward to going back to Longs.

First of all let me preface before coming to Long’s I knew nothing about jewelry, and quite frankly it always intimidated me. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. I was super lucky and had the chance to work with Tyler R. He was extremely patient, courteous and professional. He took the time to answer all of my first timer questions and made me feel super comfortable and welcomed. The staff here overall is extremely friendly, I came here with my fiancé and her dog and it was super fun they were all about it! Definitely come here if it’s your first time, I’m going to Tyler R anytime I need something special he is such a genuine and awesome person!

Over the past three months, I have had numerous exceptional experiences at Longs Jewelers in Braintree. Tyler's professionalism truly elevated each visit. During my first interaction, I purchased a stunning bracelet. Subsequently, Tyler helped me acquire the watch of my dreams and discovered a beautiful ring for my mother. I will undoubtedly rely on Tyler for all my future jewelry purchases!

We had the upmost professionalism from John Marcello at Long's Jewelers along with Cindy! He was so kind, caring, listen to what my husband was looking for in a watch. I would highly recommend John to anyone looking to shop at Long's. The service was OUTSTANDING We felt very comfortable and at home. It wasn't one of those high pressure jeweler stores. To be fortunate enough to have an opportunity to purchase a Rolex is an experience all in itself but to have purchased it from Long’s will always be memorable. It was not just a purchase but an experience with Mike. He took such great care of us from going over details of the watch to just great conversation getting to know one another. You can imagine how great Long’s has to be for such a wonderful employee to have been there for over 20 years. We are so happy with our purchase and will continue to be loyal clients for years to come.

I had my engagement ring reset at another jewelers. I was very unhappy with the way they reset it. I remembered that Long's Jewelers had a design center. Rather than give that other jewelers another chance, I went to Long's Jewelers in Braintree. I told them what I wanted. They showed me the 4 prongs and how it would look. When I saw my ring on Saturday, it was exactly as I had imagined it would look like. It was absolutely beautiful. It shows the beauty of my diamond ? I am so happy..

Phenomenal service, despite not even making a purchase! I went to Longs jewelers in Braintree today with intent to explore options for my next watch. I brought my 8 year old daughter with me packed with a tablet and coloring for her, thinking she would be extremely bored. Yet, the staff kept her engaged, well fed, and interested throughout my hours of window shopping. I would like to highlight that everyone was incredible, but Mike Belloli allowed me to talk watches for 2 hours straight and walked with me from case to case. Additionally, Ryan was open to show me any watch despite my extended stay. The store is expansive and has a terrific inventory, but the people really made the visit amazing. Thank you Longs.

I visited this location for the first time in my life, and I will say I was so very impressed how nice this location is. There is amazing natural lighting, very elegant cases of jewelery, and very friendly staff. In particular, I met with a gentlemen named Geoffrey St. M, and he was very caring about my interest in purchasing a watch from this location and showing me multiple different options offered. I will definitely be visiting this location again in the near future!

I have wanted a Rolex for as LONG as I can remember. I dropped into Long's Braintree to educate myself, to understand my options, and to decipher the reality of whether a regular but, passionate enthusiast, can actually purchase a Rolex from an AD. In my opinion, there's no other way to do it. Geoffrey St. Mark was available to assist me and I could not be more happy with my experience. Geoff was patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic himself; he loves watches. Most importantly, Geoff was not condescending in any way! In my experience with a few other AD's, I found they treat you almost literally like a homeless person begging for change. How interesting are the times where you walk into a store and ask to by a $10K plus watch, only to then be treated as if you have the Bubonic plague. Thankfully, my experience at Long's with Geoff was in fact so positive that I will NOT be going anywhere else to hopefully become a Rolex customer. Their new space is quite beautiful as well. I want a very specific watch and so I was not able to make a purchase today but I'll remain positive and will keep my fingers crossed. Thanks Geoff! I'll pop in for coffee with my wife some time soon. Bring my 3-year old too?? :)

I recently had my watch serviced by Longs Jewelers in Braintree. I dealt with Geoffrey St. Mark who was outstanding. He under promised and over delivered. It ended up costing LESS than the original estimate for service. I was also told it may take 60-90 days and it was done in 30! While I was there dropping my watch off I decided to purchase another item and Geoff and Tyler Ruggiero both assisted me. They couldn’t have been more helpful. They are both extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I HIGHLY recommend you seek out Geoffrey or Tyler for any of your needs.
