Store has a lot of product, the employees are friendly, but the line is always so long not matter the time of day. ?

Bad shopping experience. We just adopted a kitten and checking out a box of pick up bags tonight, cashier couldn’t scan the price. A young white woman with curly brown hair employee, told an other employee to look for the price in pet section . I told her it is $5.99, there is a price tag in other same box, she ignored me, and kept talking to other employee this is a 10 rolls, not that price. I walked back to the pet area（that is too far away from check out line） and pointed to the employee the correct price as it is difficult to find and would be easier to do it for her. She used walkie talkie said "price is $5.99” to that young white woman with curly brown hair employee, and then I walked back to check line from pet area. This woman kept saying "yeah. I heard that, It is $9.99" WHAT? I was very surprised and angry. I said it is $5.99. She said “OKay, Can you take this to me, please. ” I just keep running back again to that pet area.(Actually she didn't have any customer to service and just stand here to let me do it.) the employee who checked the price wondering why I walked back here. I said the young white woman with curly brown hair employee keep saying $9.99. and then she use walkie talkie said again $5.99 and walked to the check line. I brought item with the $5.99 price to her face and she still didn't care. I believe she's racist and acted very rude with no customer service attitude. This young white woman with curly brown hair employee, I don't know her name, but I don't want to remember a name who brought me such bad experience in TJ max.

Why does TJX let people bring their dogs in? It's getting ridiculous. I was shopping here recently and this guy brought his chihuahua in and it clearly wasn't a service animal. As someone who has developed a severe allergy I am super annoyed with their lack of management in this regard. Plus the dog ended up literally defecating across two aisles and the owner and dog took off. Nothing like shopping at TJX and possibly having a severe allergic reaction and possibly stepping in dog #*%! as you shop. TJX-- do better to block idiots from bringing animals into your stores.

The lidded wok I found at Home Goods for under $20 made me cry tears of joy. At TJ Maxx I found the active pants I was looking for under $20 also. I didn't expect to be so pleasantly surprised. Their team is excellent on top! The lady who helped me at the fitting room deserves a round of applause for niceness.
