This location is always clean. The front desk staff is kind and welcoming. I came with a fear of dentists. After a few visits, my mind was at ease. They were careful and efficient. If I need anything, all i have to do is call.

Having been to a handful of dentists in the area, I can confidently say after years of coming to Aspen, that they're the best around.I've relied on their services across a variety of treatments and they always deliver. The staff is friendly, diligent and professional, so I am looking forward to working with them for as long as I live in the area.

They never pick up the phone. They canceled my appointment that I made months ago because they’re down a hygienist. Not my problem!! How about you hire more people that can answer the phones and actually do dental services. Just like all the other negative reviews, I paid hundreds of dollars for a service that would cost me way less somewhere else. I should’ve known when they gave me a $500 bill then another for $200. I WILL NOT be going back and have already made an appointment else where for my cleaning.

By far the worst dentist I have ever been to, I had questions they couldn’t answer their facts was wrong they even I strongly believe they are colorist that’s fine don’t take my service definitely don’t work on my smile and you don’t like me as a person facts about the enamel of my teeth were wrong facts about my wisdom teeth were wrong as well all around bad experience

I had an absolutely horrible experience. I got dentures in January.. they cracked in October so I use some fix it so it wouldn't break completely and they broke in half two days later. Because I used to fix it they said that there was no guarantee to repair them even though I had dental insurance I still had to pay $200 out of pocket then they will submit the claim to see if it's covered. I wanted them to be relined because they were very thin and same thing again I needed $300 upfront even though I have 100% coverage from my insurance. I paid half through a credit card and I was paying the other half cash I owed $91 and I gave her $100 bill which in turn she told me they are not allowed to give any change I'm like well nobody else pays with cash and she says Oh yeah well they let me know ahead of time I'm like what kind of a place is this? They should not even be in business that's absolutely unacceptable that dentures would break in half and not even the year old. My previous dentures lasted 14 years and I never had one issue The only problem is the dog chewed them so I had to get a new set. I cannot even express how dissatisfied I am with this company.

My experience was fine. The staff I encountered were all great. My only eye raising experience was the price quote which left me speechless. In comparison the online price was under $400 while the in office price quote was over $1200. Needless to say I decided to pursue another avenue.Aspen Dental thanks for the experience.
