Everyone was very nice, and friendly. Nobody likes a mean person.. so if you’re writing bad reviews and complaining so much.. go home and look in the mirror.Next time you visit, be friendly and kind and you will always get good service.3 wisdom teeth removed, they were flexible with my appointment day to a sooner time than I expected. If you’re reading this & going to Aspen Dental, make sure you be nice everyone because these are nice people.

I personally hate going to a Dentist but today at my home town AspenDentist. I was treated so kindly and respectfully from everyone there. I was amazed just how everyone cared about you from the receptionist to the doctors and their staff.

I’m kind of torn in my rating for this dental office. The people there are very nice, from the front desk all the way up to the Drs. but the service I received is the reason I won’t be going back…A few months ago I came in to get two small cavities filled and they were either very busy that day or dealing with a difficult patient…. Either way the hygienist came and put a temporary numbing solution where they would give the Novocain but left the Q-Tip there for over 30 mins!! To the point where I fell asleep and the temporary numb wore off. The dr woke me up and proceeded to give me the shot!! That pain…. I’m a overall strong individual but this pain had me messed up I literally jumped in the chair. The dr was trying to be soothing but I don’t think she realized how long I been in the chair waiting. I told her the numb solution must of wore off and she said it should be fine and did the other side and same thing… same amount of pain. I’ve had cavities filled before but they have never been this painful..

Everybody is really nice: Tiffany is a great hygienist and dr Hooda is wonderful, she found undiagnosed infection in the back of tooth which several past dentists did not.

If would’ve given Aspen Dental 4 to 5 stars if not for the dental hygienist who examined my teeth.The following entails my personal experience:The front desk receptionist, Kayla was very friendly and informative from the moment I walked in to when she explained the cost of my treatments after the exam. After filling out the dental paperwork, I was assisted by the x-ray technician, a woman who is of Haitian descent. I forgot her name but one thing that stood out was her professionalism. She apologized for the uncomfortable x-rays and explained her process step by step. I appreciated that.Next comes the person I interacted with who’s the reason for the 2 stars. I didn’t get the dental hygienist’s name, but she was a woman of South East Asian descent. When she came in to look at my x-rays she talked to my x-ray technician. I overheard her say something like she didn’t want to explain the process unlike her predecessor. The one thing that signaled red flags however was when she examined my teeth/gums. I haven’t even felt the dental tool touch my gum, but she started spouting off numbers 3-4-4, 3-4-5,… It was ridiculous. Now I understand that she may be a pro at her job, but based on my assessment and my prior dental experiences, she seemed in a rush and almost as if she was giving arbitrary numbers that’ll fit what type of dental treatment she wanted to give me. I say this because of what happens next when I talked to Dr. Hooda. Her assessment was that I didn’t have any cavities, unlike my dental hygienist’s assessment that I needed deep cleaning.Needless to say, I’m getting a second opinion for my dental treatment. I won’t be coming back here in the future.

Scheduled a day off from work, to have dental work done, only to be told at time of appointment, that my work could not be done. Totally unacceptable. Definitely won't be using them going forward.

I have not ever met people more uninterested in their job. The woman walking me through the financial part kept saying caps for the bottom but it was for the top and had to keep checking with the dentist because the pre-treatment plan made absolutely no sense. Very upsetting considering the amount of pain I was in talking about Invisalign when the goal should’ve been to fix the broken tooth immediately. Her recommendation was just pull it, “but yeah we could do a root canal, up to you”?

I regularly visit Aspen Dental in Brockton and have never had a bad experience. Their customer service is great and Tiffany is one of the best dentists I have ever been to. She is welcoming and very personable, looking to accommodate all of her patients. I get my teeth cleaned regularly and recently got my teeth whitened with her. It was really affordable compared to several other dental offices. I strongly recommend visiting Tiffany in Brockton!!

This place is great. My first appointment resulted in my tooth being pulled but they explained why and the process was painless. I have been back several times and my appointments are with the same hygienist so they become familiar with their patients, they are not just names in a book they are people they get to know and remember.
