Awful.....multiple hairs in food. Money was given back. Free food was offered but denied way too much hair to even consider eating

No quality control what so ever. I ordered a steak and cheese sub and the ultimate fries. I received regular plain fries and completley burn steak and cheese. How can it be given to a customer that way. Avoid coming here until you want to eat charcoal.
