This panera is 2 minutes from my house and I drive to stoughton instead. These are the most ignorant, non-customer service oriented, unorganized, and unfriendly group of ppl you will ever meet! They put anything in your bag (don’t care about what you ordered), don’t honor subscriptions, and the managers are worse at assisting the customers than employees. Run from this place… Too many Panera Breads to put up with this one.

Worst Panera I have ever gone to. Girl at register had no idea what she was doing, manager barely helped her, no utensils, no napkins, food terrible quality. The place was pretty empty for a Sunday morning. Now I know why. Total waste of our money.

Ordered salad with parm cheese. Got the cheese, and NO dressing provided. Asked for french onion with extra cheese. Got NO cheese. asked for chips, got no side at all (LOL this place is a complete joke). Did not realize until I was already gone. Choose a different panera.

My breakfast place was mobbed, half hour wait, so I went next door, and got a quick bagel and juice, which was good.

The guy that worked the cashier this morning was amazing!!! He tended to me very well. He was very well mannered and welcoming. Making sure he communicated the process of my large order. Even taking it upon himself to bring me my food even tho it was take out. You guys should allow the cashiers to start taking tips. He did an amazing job. More employees like him would make this location the go to store?

It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. I guess you can see where the economy has also affected this business. Mac'n' cheese 9ne of my daughter's favorite. Not as creamy and flavorless; it almost seemed water down. The fuji apple salad had very little cheese and pecans. One of my favorites. And the green tea's flavor was off.

Had a great panera bread experience here at brockton - place was very clean, food was great, and had great service. Came with a friend and ordered the chipotle chicken sandwich with a fruit bowl and an iced tea. Decent sandwich 3/5 and healthy fruit to go along with it. Staff was super friendly and made great conversation when we were looking at the pastries. Convenietly close to medical centers and makes a great place to eat on a lunch break

Went thru drive thru- cashier was very ignorant with his attitude. I assumed because today was staff appreciation day and they closed at 3p and I went thru around 2:30p SAD .Order was incorrect staff member got upset, customer service at this location is horrendous. Manager was disrespectful too when she approached me. I would NOT recommend this Panera to anyone. If YOU don’t like your job ONLY you can change that, let’s NOT take it out on customers.
