I needed a gift and fast! I called to see if they had a particular watch but while on hold had to take another call that took a lot longer than expected. I received a call back and returned the call shortly after closing. They went out of their way to provide their cell phone number so I could text them a picture of what I was looking for, remember this was after closing the store. They had what I wanted and opened the store so I could purchase all while providing exceptional customer service. Thank you to the Manager I believe her name was Britney and her colleague Alex. These ladies are great!

My wife's father and mother got their wedding rings. He also got her engagement ring and two replacements, because she lost a few, at Romm's. When it was time for my wife and I, we got our wedding rings from the Romm's family too. Wonder people, wonder memories and a much deserved retirement. We wish you well and you will be missed.

Very pleasant and professional!! I went to Romm to ask about duplicating an earring whose mate I had lost. I met with and spoke by phone several times with Brittany; she was extremely helpful, friendly and had the expert knowledge I needed to make my decision. Even though she knew my questions were not going to result in a sale, she remained friendly and helpful throughout. I would give 10 stars if I could!!

Ruined my expensive Movado watch. I brought to replace battery and they returned the watch with degree on its face. The watch stopped working within a week. Brought back, they just put another battery. Watched time was lagging about 2 hours each day and stopped working after a few days. Now I have to pay $225 to send it back to Movado to fix. Don’t bring expensive watches to replace batteries. Can’t trust this place. Sitting now at Kay Jewelers and sending my watch to Movado to fix thanks for Romm.
