Every visit to this branch is pleasant. All the staff are helpful and courteous, especially the young lady who was in charge today. Thanks very much for the respect and kindness towards my daughter and I. I love Tmobile!

I had an amazing experience at T mobile thanks to Alex and Brandon. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service I highly recommend them to anyone.Kudos Alex and Brandon definitely coming back!!

Worse customer service ever experience. I called customer service told me to go in store to get Sim card came in store both employees gave attitude and refused to give managers name so I can call later. Whom ever worked today 12/1/23 around 7 needs to be taught better customer service skills. I would never recommend this store. Another customer was in there same time complaining the store over charged her.

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rude is an understatement. If you are a T-Mobile user, go anywhere else and do yourself a favor. Stay far away from this store.

This is probably one of the worst T-Mobile's I have ever been to. I came to purchase a new phone and it took so long to talk to someone. The person I dealt with did not have a clue about the phone I wanted, the deals on the phone or even if a color was available. He continuously had to ask his boss every single question and still could not find the information even after she answered. After nearly an hr I finally got my phone. However, I got a message from T-Mobile about activating another line based on the promotion they had for a watch which I opted out of. I opted out because he was giving confusing information and the watch had to be shipped. I called the store the next day to resolve the issue and the woman I spoke with was rude and would not help me. I asked her if another store or someone could resolve this issue and she said no, I would have to come back and talk to the guy who helped me. The same one that knew absolutely nothing and messed up in the first place. Hell no!!! ?I called customer service and they said any store could have done it and thankfully helped me resolve the issue quite quickly. AVOID THIS STORE!!!!

I went in the Belmont location trying to activate and transfer all my information and the worker there told me they only do that to be courteous smh makes me want to leave T-Mobile

I went into the Belmont Brockton lactation last month and the associate as rude and was unable to assist me regarding my lifetime warranty on my screen protector. I went to the west gate mall location and was in and out in 15 minutes with a new screen protector. Today I go into the Belmont location again and the representative told me he couldn’t find my account with me providing him with both numbers on the account. I provided him with my account number and he said “yeah I don’t see anything in here” and then told me congratulations have a good day. No one there was willing to help or assist and all they have is ignorant attitudes and zero customer service. Went to a different T-Mobile and had my issue resolved in 15 minutes. Don’t recommend this location at all. I was even ready to purchase a case and a JBL sound system but they lost that sale as well and I gave it to the location that actually cared and found a resolution to my concern.

I went in to get a new phone and one of the associates said my phone will be free if I stayed with T-Mobile for three months I spoke to the manager and she said that he was a great employee and he explained things very clear And she couldn't help me figure out why in heaven my bill was almost $300 She said there was nothing she could do!! They are just unprofessional They do anything just to sell you a phone!! Bs They suck! Don't go to them! No wonder they have 1 star

All the employees were sitting around watching videos on their phones with air pods in while I was trying to get help. The last three times I've gone to a tmobile store this has been the same.

Raquel at the Belmont Street store in Brockton was so helpful and pleasant. I would like to give her 10 stars for her customer service…outstanding!!!!!
