Got our wedding bands here as well as a 10 year anniversary ring, they are so helpful and really work on helping customers find what they’re looking for rather than upselling them on something that isn’t right for them. Love this place!!!

What more can I say about Sean and his family at Leo Carroll. They've been working with my family for three generations now and there's a reason for that. Their service is top notch and even though I've moved out of state, they're still the only jeweler I will go to. They've got uniquie pieces that I can't find anywhere else and really listen to what you want and go above and beyond to deliver. I got my signet ring resized here and the service was fantastic and prompt (about a week). This a family owned business with experienced staff. I would definitely come back for my jewelry needs. The pricing is also the best in the area .

I bring watches for minor repairs (mostly battery replacement) to them quite often, and they're always been prompt and reasonably priced. The only downside is that they're in the middle of Inman Square and it's hard to find parking (there's a lot on Springfield Street, fwiw).

Most people go to jewelers to have items repaired - in a surprising change of pace, I got the opposite. I brought in an old watch. It needed a new battery and strap. They replaced the battery and the watch began working again. Then, they proceeded to break the watch lug (photo) off while removing the old strap. They tossed the watch back to me and shrugged. When I asked if they could repair the watch they just broke, I got a curt "no." I even had to ask for the broken piece back! Then they said "oh well, it probably wouldn't have lasted long anyway." Incompetence is one thing, but the utter rudeness was even worse. I didn't even get a "sorry."
