If you like the design, go for it. I bought a few basic pieces to wear occasionally and casually. They were just a few hundred bucks so I didn't have high expectations for the metal or germs. However, despite my infrequent use, the earrings have been tarnished severely and I couldn't figure out a way to fix it. That never happened to my other more expensive pieces. I am a bit disappointed and decided to sell it on other platforms like Ebay.

These folks were great to work with. We brought our wedding rings in to be resized - they did the work quickly and well, and they were very communicative. Looking forward to shopping with Rebekah Brooks more in the future!

I needed to have a ring sized up and decided on Rebekah Brooks based on other reviews. This ring was my mother's and carried a lot of sentimental value. Each person treated the ring and me with kindness. The ring was sized up and ready at the earlier end of the time frame given. I would absolutely go to them again for other jewelry, and would also recommend folks shop the store and see all of the amazing available pieces.

Just the most lovely experience working with the staff (Liz was so helpful) and having Rebekah rework my 39 year old wedding ring. I also had some rings resized and other jewelry repaired. Everything was top quality. I highly recommend.

Went in to browse and the worker there Maxine was super friendly and knowledgeable. She showed us a ton of beautiful pieces and gave helpful information about the gemstones. Although I didn't buy anything this trip I will 100% be coming back and reccomending this place.

Their prices are higher than other places in cambridge/somerville. I got a ring with them and one small pave diamond immediately fell off (like within a few months). After a few years I brought it back in to get it replaced and it was very expensive. Also when I came to pick it up, they made me wait behind some ladies that were clearly there to browse. I get that there was just one lady behind the counter, which is stressful, but a 30 second pick up should take precedence over like 15 minutes of aimless browsing. Basic logic. Imagine if you had to wait behind people placing orders at a restaurant even if you got takeout and your food is already done and is just sitting there.

Not only are their services overpriced, but they lost a piece of my grandpa's engagement ring, and refused to give us a refund or a discount on their services. They also botched two ring resizings. They seem nice, but I would not recommend going with them.

From start to finish, this business and everyone in it was absolutely wonderful to work with for custom-making an engagement ring.We came with family stones and they were incredibly respectful of them without pushing us to need to buy their stones anything along those lines.They were all incredibly patient (especially Sara!) as we went back and forth with many iterations on designs that we wanted, and we are THRILLED with the final product.We're working on another project with them immediately afterward too :) Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately need to leave a less than 5 star review for the work done here. We picked up a wedding band a couple of weeks before our wedding and noticed that it looked a little thin. We brought it back thinking that we had made a mistake in what we ordered when it became clear that the studio had made the ring almost a full millimeter less wide than what we had ordered. The team immediately went to fix the mistake but did not offer any discounts for the inconvenience or to show they stood behind their work. We recommend checking all specifications when picking up!
