After meeting Shal at an open house she was hosting years ago, we knew we wanted to work with her when the time came. Little did we know that we’d be transacting on 3 homes in the past 3 years with her (selling ours, buying one, selling that one and buying another one). Shal is an expert in understanding the local market dynamics. She is thoughtful in her recommendations and pricing strategy. She takes the time to really understand neighborhoods and comps to help buyers and sellers make really informed decisions. Having her as an advisor is truly having someone who cares about your best interests in your corner. I am hopeful we are in our forever home now but if we find ourselves in the market again Shal will ALWAYS be our first call!

We had an amazing experience working with Shal. She was recommended by a peer that relocated to Boston last year and I am glad he connected us. My husband managed the entire process while I focused on settling on my new job, and Shal supported him along the way with expert advice and guidance across all aspects. While this was by no means our first home purchase, the process in Massachusetts is definitely different - not to mention the specific requirements from our relocation company.
