I live near the store and was a regular customer when it was Rite Aid and it has been ruined by lack of management since Walgreens bought it. There are always boxes of merchandise, waiting to be put on shelves. It's sad that a competent manager has not been put in charge. I'm afraid that poor management will put the location out of business. I have never seen such a poorly run pharmacy.

Was just disconnected after speaking to a pharmacist \"in training\". She was rude, put me on hold and then sent me to a ringing phone that no one ever answered....finally hung up after 20 rings. Realize it was around lunch time and they may have been busy but don't take it out on a customer with questions on a prescription!

Well, if Walgreens was just going to run this former Rite-aid into the ground...mission accomplished. The pharmacy was always bad since they took over. But in the last 2 weeks they have made it next to impossible to retrieve a prescription. Just called my Dr. to have my meds moved to a different location and company..

It says they are closed but they are not ! Just went in and picked up some items. The pharmacy has noone working right now because they have no pharmacist at the moment. If you need medication today call the West Yarmouth Walgreens so they can better serve you.

Don't waste your time here these people are very useless there was if there was one guy I forget his name that was nice that was nice, John, and selina were just rude and ignorant and nasty

Absolutely horrible people working at the Pharmacy. Incompetent, rude, and dismissive on top of that. I used to have my script sent there every month and EVERY month they told me I have to call AFTER the Dr sends it via email to let them know I'm picking it up. Also, call the morning of to make sure it's ready but they NEVER answer the phone. When they did answer they were short tempered, incredibly arrogant, and rude. When I had questions about the script I was given curt, useless answers, and if pressed the Pharmacist raised her voice to the point of yelling at me, then dismissed me entirely by leaving me standing there, mumbling they were understaffed and that what was available would have to work. Even though it was a giant pain, I switched all my scripts to CVS in HarwichPort, who even though they are also incredible busy and short staffed, manage to be courteous, polite, and helpful. Front of store staff was friendly and polite, although they have run out of alot of normal products.

This Pharmacy has left me three days with out my medication they are rude I'm gonna call the State or Police for withholding my medication. They need to be fined or there licence taken away the guy on tonight didn't give me all my medications I've called for an hour no answer I really need my meds 3 days without my medicine they have no right to do business like this I give no advise to go there. At All.

An accumulation of incompetence and nastiness. Do not, I repeat, do not try to use this pharmacy. They are incapable and scarily incompetent, then they are rude and unhelpful when you try to straighten out the mess they have made. I was told I had to call to let them know I was coming before I came to get my scripts. I already called and ordered the refills - this was just to give them notice that I was coming to get them. What did they think? I already called and asked for them to be refilled. Did they think I then would not come get them? I was told that now I have to wait two more days to pick up monthly prescriptions when I’m already three days without because no one EVER answers the phone. I’m told they are understaffed - that’s what they’ve said for months. Pay someone enough and they will come to your job offer.

The pharmacist here is an absolutely miserable person. Wedding in CT at 3:30pm. I came in at 8:30am. She refused to let me wait and pick up the prescription. Told me too bad it will be ready at noon. Very considerate of her! Honestly should be fired.

6 hour wait for a prescription!!! While waiting for an hour in person notice time at registers was over 3 average per person. Systems need to be improved!! More workers need to be hired.

Pharmacist was rude from the first word out of his mouth. I am a healthcare professional and there is ABSOLUTELY no reason for that behavior. Will not ever return to this pharmacy.

Every employee I dealt with except for the pharmacy assistant was rude and just seemed like I was such an inconvenience for them. I understand things are really hard right now and people are extremely overworked but please don't take it out on the customer for asking the pharmacist a question about a first aid product or for checking out. Just go to the cvs down the street.EDITCan't say enough bad things about this place. Rude store manager who gives incorrect information with an attitude. You should completely re-staff most of the store.
