I won't even waste my time to describe how horrible this place is, I had the bad experience of going with my employee to remove the car that was towed, and the horrible opportunity to meet the owner, I JUST WANT TO ALERT CLIENTS SPECIAL MAN DONT GO THERE WITH WIFE HE LOOK MORE HER THAN YOU BROKEN CAR , LOOK FOR SOMETHING ELSE, OR WILL IF YOU REGRET IT LATER, I'M STILL THINKING HOW THE WEBSTER POLICE DEPARTMENT HIRE THIS TYPE OF COMPANY HOPE NEVER MEET YOU AGAIN, SO SAD STILL HAVE TO Put 1 ⭐️

Sebastian Helwig, owner of SH Auto violated 220 C.M.R. § 272.00 by charging me $266.00 for a 1.2 mile tow and 12 hours of vehicle storage, the vehicle is a Ford Mustang.Mass regulates the amount you can charge for an unvoluntary tow to not exceed $108.00 and storage fees maximum $35 for 24 Hour.He wrote down incorrect time and mileage on my receipt.See attachments for a list of the (6) Towing Charges.Not an honest man, would not recommend doing business with him. I'm not the first person he has screwed, please beware.

My 18yr old son has been away at college for 2 weeks and has had to have his s**t box car fixed twice. I was worried by letting him handle it on his own, he would be taken advantage of. I’m happy to say it’s turned out the quite the opposite. Both times they fixed his car quickly and at a good price. All I did was chose the garage, based on their reviews and the fact that I used to shoot pool for a bar named Helwigs back here at home in my younger days. It gives me great peace of mind knowing there are good, honest people there my son can count on. I highly recommend them!Thanks guys!!
