I’ve been with Visual Changes for so many years. I always get compliments after having my hair is done. I’ve been in other salons and not as satisfied. When I lived in Maryland, I scheduled appointments when I knew I would be back in CT.

I went here yesterday to get my hair cut and colored. My hair is curly and if you need somene to cut ur curly hair and I mean curls from 2A to 4C! Ve is the gal!! She did a mazing work with my hair. And am loving it.
Her patience with my hair and was able to do a AMAZING WORK!!!

Absolutely love this place! Leah is the best hairstylist I have ever been to!! I have had my hair cut, colored, and added highlights, and she sure delivers amazing results. I always leave feeling beautiful!!!

I live in Central Mass, but for the last 2 years I have been going to Visual Changes. I only see Sam, with the exception of one time, but in all honesty, anyone in there is a great choice. It all comes down to your preference. My hair has never looked and feel healthier, shiny, and just overall beautiful. I enjoy the atmosphere at this salon, and the staff is warm, friendly, and professonal. The owner Mark is just one of the nicest business owner I know. I never feel rushed, and even take me when I arrive a little late. Their product selection is one of the best, and I don't mind driving an hour and 30 minutes for a job well done. Highly highly recommend them!!

Today I had the honor of meeting Leah. She was amazing. Super professional and a pleasant person. The fastest work and most efficient I have ever experienced.
