Excellent service, highly recommended. We used Magnum Moving and Storage this past weekend to move high end road bikes from Bourne to the West Hyannisport area following the PMC, a large charity bike ride. We had a preset pickup time and our driver, Charles, arrived early which gave me tremendous peace of mind. Magnum had provided his phone number ahead of time, at my request, so I was able to communicate with him en route, again providing me with the assurance that was needed to keep our logistical plan on track . Charles was great - he picked up the call when I called and was friendly and polite. The bikes were loaded into the truck with care - each one was individually covered with a blanket and a large piece of cardboard separated each bike, preventing scratching and disturbing delicate components. The bikes were delivered promptly to West Hyannisport. As a bonus this is one of the few moving companies in the area that could accommodate a weekend job. The office was responsive, provided a quote promptly and followed up once the job was booked to confirm details. They also called me the the day before to confirm the job - all details that were much needed and appreciated. Will definitely use Magnum again.

Terrible drivers. If you saw how aggressively they drive around the cape, I'm sure you would not trust them to transport your valuables.

6 Years ago we used Magnum to move from house to house here on Cape and their service was exceptional. When it came time to move a HEAVY piece of furniture from the main floor to the second, we immediately thought of Magnum. They gave us a quote, we accepted it. The movers showed up right on time this morning and quickly moved the item upstairs in just a couple of minutes. The two movers couldn't have been nicer or more professional. As before, it was a great experience and I would (again) highly recommend Magnum.

Magnum Moving moved a our Yahama Grand piano from Florida to Virginia. They were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. They set it up in where we asked them, in perfect playing condition...no dings or scratches.

They charged me almost $1000 for moving one bed over 3 blocks. The office agreed to send 2 men but 3 showed up which I was charged for. They charge their commute time and for some reasons it took them 40 minutes to drive 3 blocks (x3 that’s 2 extra hours total for 3 men). Called the office - Was very rude and refused to address the issue. Very disappointed. I do not recommend.

I hired Magnum Movers and had the pleasure of working with Zach, Allen, Tyrone. They were amazing. I had a tight window from the sale of my own home to the closing of my new home. They showed up, packed a 5 bedroom home with a huge garage and shed and moved me in the next day. I am so impressed because they did not even balk at the fact that it was a Nor'easter on the day of move-in. They were so awesome and kind. They moved what I asked for and put the content I did not in the dumpster. I am sincerely grateful that they had me in my new home so smoothly.

Helped my friend unpack was shocked on how many items were broken some boxes had no wrapping. My friend lost family heirlooms that can't be replaced.

We had the co send a crew to unload furniture and boxes. This was the worst moving experience of our 3 moves in 2020. The crew did not have a dolly; was highly unprofessional. They literally sauntered around and said that the two hors was an estimate and could take longer. One guy actually just carried one sleeping bag in. There were also additional surprise charges. Will never use them again. Although I informed the co of the poor experience, the co never bothered to follow up.

Charles and Paul from Magnum did an outstanding job moving my relatives belongings from home to an assisted living. They were professional, careful and courteous. Couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend them!

The guys just left about an hour ago. They are wonderful, from the initial visit, phone contacts and getting the job done. Professional, kind and funny just the right mix for one of the most stressful events of your life. I would never use anyone else. Five stars!!! Oh and thanks again for the espresso beans covered in chocolate we’ll be chomping on them for days. Lisa & Marian.

. gave a check to person who brought piano.. he did not give me a work order just a paper for anything receipt WHICH HE PRE DATED disappointed they took my piano guts out without my knowledge AND DID NOT PUT IT BACK THE WAY IT CAME..... THIS IS AN OLD PLAYER PIANO MADE OF MONKEY WOOD AND HAS BEEN IN THE FAMILY FOR A MUMBER OF YEARS...
