We had Shane and Thierry cook dinner at our bachelorette party and it was DIVINE! They were both extremely accommodating and prepared one of the most delicious meals I’ve personally ever had. We had a great time and a great meal. Would highly recommend to anyone - from a small party to a large event!

Shane catered our daughter's wedding and it was fabulous. We had over 260 people and the food was incredible. Everyone was served at a timely manner and the service was pristine. The cocktail party food was delicious as well. To be able to serve that number of people in someones backyard was an incredible feat. He did it with ease. My guests are still talking about it. Thank you Shane.

We hired Shane to cater our daughter's wedding last July for about 160 guests. Cocktail hour and late night was in our backyard and seated dinner was also outside under a tent. From our first phone call with Shane, until the end of the evening event he and his team were a dream to work with. Not only was Shane professional, hardworking, organized and 100% dedicated to making our event successful, but also he was creative, talented, thoughtful, and accommodating in selecting a menu with us that reflected the tastes of the bride and groom. We especially appreciated the ability to taste all the foods beforehand to tweak the final menu.From the cocktail hour, to the main dinner, and then finishing with a fun late night offering our guests were "wowed" by the delicious and visually beautiful food that was served. Our friends and family are still talking about it as the best event food EVER experienced.The PCS team-bartenders, servers and chefs were above and beyond helpful during the entire event. They were professional, friendly, efficient and very aware of any assistance they could be even if it was not part of their responsibilities. They always kept an eye on us to see if everything was running the way we wanted and if there was anything we might need. This allowed us to relax and enjoy our guests during the entire event. Even our vendors were excited that Shane and his team were our caterers and all agreed that his food is hands down the best!There is no question in our minds that PCS contributed in a huge way to the success of our event. We highly recommend Shane and his extraordinary team and hope to work with him again.

PCS was absolutely the best choice for us. I can't rave enough on how much my husband, family, and I had the best weekend with Shane's team! They catered our rehearsal dinner which was a more relaxed backyard BBQ them to our actual wedding which offered a different style of service! They were very kind, professional, and helpful. It was important to my husband and I that we had the right fit for our wedding weekend with all of our vendors and PCS was just that. I felt like they were also our guests and my friends and family couldn't say enough nice things about everyone. As far as the food, it exceeded our expectations (even after the tasting) they take so much care into what they do and it shows. I am looking forward to using their services the next time we host an event on island. Thank you Shane, and everyone from PCS for making our weekend a little extra special :)

Shane catered my daughter’s wedding. The food was fabulous! It’s not often that guest tell you how wonderful the food was from the hors d’oeuvres to the main menu’s.

We loved working with Shane and his team on the catering for our wedding. From the tasting to the night off, Shane was attentive, creative, thoughtful, and fun to work with. The food was delicious and we got lots of compliments from our guests. We also really appreciated being able to do a tasting, as we know that's not all too common among caterers on the Vineyard. We hope to use him again for future events!

I hired Shane and his team to cater a 65 person reception for an event, and ended up in a pinch less than a week before show time, having to ask him to cater the post event dinner as well. Shane didn't hesitate for a second, came up with an easy menu on the spot, made all the arrangements (including with tent vendors, alcohol suppliers etc) and had us all seated and dined in time to catch the last ferry off the island. Shane and his team (from the bar crew, to servers, to the chefs) were a delight to work with-super friendly and so professional and efficient. The hors d'oeuvres were creative and perfectly sized, the meal and presentation were impeccable, and the wraparound service Premier provides really took a logistical load off my shoulders as the event planner. I would highly recommend working with Premier Chef Services and will definitely go back to them for my next event on the Vineyard.

After hearing several glowing recommendations, I hired Premier Chef Services to cater a dinner for my women's retreat on Martha's Vineyard. It was so special and well worth the investment. The food was a delight on every level -- colorful, fresh, healthy, creative, and delicious! The expert service and care made it easy for me as a host to relax and enjoy. There's a reason everyone raves about Shane Tank and his team!

My wife and I were searching for the right people and place to host our rehearsal dinner and we cast a very wide net on Martha’s Vineyard. We'd reached out to a lot of the restaurants on the island and a few catering companies. Shane’s website, extensive menu, cost competitiveness and responsiveness led us to choose him. We were so happy we did. From beginning to end, the experience was seamless and easy on us. Shane helped us work with a rental company to ensure we had all of the tables, chairs, flatware and accessories we needed to host the dinner so we didn’t even have to think about it. When we returned for dinner from our rehearsal, the table was beautifully set and his team was hard at work and ready to serve an incredible dinner. Every single course was fantastic, and all of our guests raved about the food. We had a diverse range of appetites (kids, vegetarians, steak and seafood lovers) and we were able to accommodate everyone. It was top notch food, incredible service, and the kitchen was cleaner than I’ve ever seen it when his team was finished. I can’t say enough about how polite his team was, and how fantastic our evening was thanks to Shane and his team. I would highly recommend anyone consider Premier Chef Services for a rehearsal dinner, wedding, or other event.

A week after our wedding, our guests are continuing to say that was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding! Shane and his team were truly remarkable. From serving to bartending to setting up our tables to every detail in between, they did it all so efficiently and professionally. PCS is hands down the best on the island and will certainly make your entire wedding. Thanks again to Shane and everyone at PCS for making our day so perfect!

We got married the 1st weekend in August of this year (2021) and Shane Tank's and his Premier Chef Service Team catered both our Saturday night wedding reception and Sunday Brunch. The food was top notch- we are still receiving rave reviews from our family and friends that attended. Shane was always super responsive. He was creative in listening to our needs and made delicious suggestions. We would not hesitate to recommend friends and family to work with Shane. We look forward to working with you in the future! While on vacation, my family wanted to have a few meals cooked at the home we rented. Shane was very prompt in responding to my initial inquiry and we were able to get everything figured out in a few days. Once on the island, we had 3 nights of dinner, with two different chefs. Both did an amazing job, in serving the finest meals for our family, both plated and buffet style. It made everything so simple for us, as we did not have to do a thing. They came in, cooked, and left, without leaving a trace (besides some leftovers in the fridge). They also were able to accommodate allergies and changes to menus with a reasonable amount of time, as well as our request to push the start time of our dinners. I can not recommend Shane and his team more and would highly recommend them for private chef services while on the Vineyard.
