This is my go to pharmacy that I use all the time. I am really disappointed to say that I placed an order this morning for pick up one of the two items that I wanted was only 1 available. I called and told them that I was not going to be picking it up that I wanted to cancel and that I wanted my extra bucks back. They told me that I needed to call customer service so I did that. That Got me nowhere have to wait. 72 hours before I actually get my extra bucks back when I don’t pick up the item, they need to change the way they do things . JUST SAD !!!!! NO Wonder THERE REVIEWS ARE 2.5

Absolutely one of the worst CVS in this city. Always out of stock and never tell you unless you call them to see why it’s taking so long. I put in a refill over 2hrs ago, it’s not done yet though it was just 3 pill packets that are presealed now waiting for them to expedite it. Ive sat here an hour for a prescription that was expedited which is to them 20/30 mins multiple times.

Worst run pharmacy in the world, constantly mixing up my prescriptions and making up policies that no other CVS follows such as not accepting good rx coupons and not knowing that a prescription medication isn't available over the counter, not sure how most of these pharmacists got their licenses. They blame doctors (with phds might I add) for messing up prescriptions that they apparently know nothing about. Getting half my meds filled is like pulling teeth. Called the CVS in Raynham and they magically have the all correct prescription info in the system despite me not living there or filling my rxs there in a year. Go anywhere but the William s canning boulevard CVS and save your sanity.

I come to CVS to get my medicine Nancy the manager rude shaking her head I’m asking what happened to my medicine why did it get pulled back I’ve never had a medicine within a week get put back she’s telling me I have to wait now I’m in a rush I wanna go to work why would this happen and nobody calls me and tells me anything so now I have to wait a whole 30 minutes And she’s bobbing yelling at me!!!I would not come to the CVS I live right next way but I would rather drive 20 minutes or even to Brockton CVS !! Oh she makes me feel uncomfortable she makes me feel like she will do something or even give me the wrong meds provide any services here!!! She needs to be fired!!!

This pharmacy just billed my insurance for a prescription I had not asked them to fill. They didn't even have the medication in stock! But they decided to bill my insurance for the product they could even hand over if they wanted, so I couldn't even get it from the another pharmacy without their permission and approval.
Don't charge for something you can't sell, especially if it prevents someone else from selling me my medicine.

I had to have a script sent 4 different times to be filled. Each time... nothing, no follow-up, and no script. It was for an inhaler, something one needs to breathe. When I called, I was very upset because it's been months now, I received the worst attitude, and I was treated with such disrespect. It wasn't my fault the script was dropped, and I kept trying to get it. It is a pharmacy, after all. After speaking with my Dr's, it was agreed that CVS has become the least helpful pharmacy. We decided to switch to Walgreens as my Dr said he had better help. This is my first negative review. But as a human who relies on a pharmacy for an inhaler TO BREATHE, I do not believe I am out of line.

Very unprofessional I don't think there pharmacy should be trashing any rite aid that is closing to anyone. I waited in line for almost 20 mins there tech wants to joke about rite aid closing maybe look at yourself and realize why people are switching out you have at least so many people, but still can't fill people prescription correctly ? every customer said they don't like CVS give it time until everyone is gone not my problem people can't keep up with prescriptions instead of trash talking about rite aid worry about people prescription

The staff at this CVS are rude and unprofessional . This week I was I was told everytime my prescriptions are refilled the request for refill will be sent to my old PCP even though they have record of my new MD. I was told very condescendingly I will need to call them each time a refill is needed. Either their computer systems are archaic or the staff just does not know what they are doing. Then yesterday I went through the drive through and was asked three times my DOB and then the bag was basically thrown at me. No thank you -nothing. I am sure CVS makes enough money to do some customer service training with their staff.

This pharmacy staff are the absolute worst! They are so rude and unhelpful! I have never seen a pharmacy with 15 people behind the counter but it takes days to get a script filled!

This pharmacy at William canning these ppl are so rude coming from someone who's been with CVS for years this particular store is the WORST!! I'm changing pharmacy due to the issues and rudeness!!!!?✌️ Literally out of all the pharmacies in this world!!!
