Very rude staff, my dad is elderly and just came home very upset about the way he was just treated. All they have to do is be polite but they choose to be unkind to people for no particular reason.

This place is horrid. I have endured the pain of being a BoA customer since they bought fleet bank. The tellers are rude and arrogant. The manager is not helpful. The banks systems and processes are not customer friendly. After 35 years as Fleet / BoA customer its time to take business elsewhere . I would recommend you do to.Speak with your wallet. Also a business I wouldn’t own stock in either.See below…. In the words of your tellers and branch manager “There is nothing we can do”

I have been trying to call this bank for six business days. Nobody will pick up or return phone calls. They are an absolute disgrace as a bank and should be canceled by anybody and everybody who has them!!!! I would like an explanation from somebody at that bank why nobody can be reached for six days! I want my money now!! And I shouldn’t have to go online to make an appointment to get it!

I was thinking of opening an account with B of A and I have 2 of their credit cards with a high line of credit. I need a bank that does business I'm both Cape Cod and Sedona Arizona. I called the local B of A in Falmouth but all I could get was a recording to make a appointment. I'm sorry but this is not a bank I will be doing business with.I would have given them no stars if that were possible.

Our business received notice of FRAUD activity on our account for the 2nd time in one year. However, the FRAUD dept. has been down for 3 days so we can't open a fraud claim. Last year, our corporate card was hacked. It took about a week to speak with someone in the FRAUD dept. and once we got someone on the phone, THEY DID NOT VERIFY ANY IDENTIFYING INFORMATION before updating info and reissuing us a new credit card. WOW. And then the card came and had the name that we asked to be removed still on it! Also, every single local branch drive-thru within 30 minutes has been closed for over one year which causes long lines inside the lobby. Yesterday I stood in line for over 20 minutes waiting to make a deposit. The most disheartening thing is watching elderly and disabled people struggle to get out of their vehicles, some with walkers, to stand in a long line when they should be able to stay in their cars in the drive-thru. Our business has had discussions of changing banks and the only reason we have not is because we have too many vendors set up with ACH/EFT receivables/payments. For a company so huge, why do you sometimes only have 1 bank teller but have 5 other employees taking calls in the back? When I call, I never speak to anyone. WHO ARE THEY TALKING TO?

Place is absolutely terrible. One guy T the counter who is nice a 6 ladies eating lunch in their offices during the 12 lunch hour. Then a lady came out and started an argument with me and got all defensive.

Where do I even begin with this bank, too many flaws to list, hours, gouging customers, etc etc. Honestly the worst bank I've ever dealt with, honestly don't know why people continue to have accounts with them
