I purchased a used truck here and experienced ongoing transmission, ac, and vibration issues shortly after. Over the course of six months, the vehicle went in for five repair attempts, but the problems were never resolved under their carbravo warranty. I eventually had to involve an attorney to try to get the issue addressed. I would highly recommend that others be cautious

We had the worst experience ever at this dealership. Joie Mullen was rude, unprofessional, and showed a complete lack of communication. Despite having a scheduled appointment for oil change, we ended up waiting over two hours. On top of that, they performed a full inspection—something we never needed or asked for. The entire visit was frustrating and disappointing. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone.

I took my car in to get my timing belt replaced. The man that I worked with said it would be done by the afternoon, but then wasn't done until the end of the next day. When I came to pick up my car, the check engine light was on, but I needed it for the weekend, so I decided to test my luck and hope that it was just left on by accident. 3 days later, my car would not start. When I called the office, I was sent to voicemail multiple times. I had to get towed to the service center, where the woman asked if I had tried calling. The tow truck driver explained that he tows a lot of cars too this particular dealership, and oddly enough, tows a lot of cars out of the dealership. They almost didn't give me a courtesy vehicle and attempted to just send me home in a Lyft. My car was fixed by the next day and has been running fine since. I will not be taking my car back to this service center. They are nice and friendly there, but a little unreliable.

My car needed a lot of repair and the service representative I worked with, Aeryn, was wonderful! She kept me updated on everything that was being done throughout the time my car was in the service department and was up front about the cost. She explained what needed to be done to get my car back on the road in an easy to understand manner. My car is now in good shape and I am very happy!

The wheels on my 2017 Silverado began to rust badly in late 2022. Jay Martin, Service Manager contacted GM. They offered to pay to refinish them. That was done, and within a month they were rusting again. It took Jay a long time, but through his perseverance, and persistence, GM paid for a new set of wheels. They were installed recently, and look great. Thanks to Brendan Connolly, and a HUGE THANKS to Jay Martin. Ive been a customer for over 20 years, and have always treasured Jay’s assistance.

I haven’t bought a car from here, but we did buy a car from herb connoley Hyundai, which has since come under new ownership. I had issues finding out if we purchased an extended warranty with the old dealership, who told me to go over to HC Chevy to see if they could help. I ended up finding Soren in the service department, and the dude is a rock star. Handled what we needed when he really didn’t have to, going above and beyond to get us the info we needed, which wasn’t easily tracked down. Long story short, our issue was resolved professionally, promptly, and it was an overall great experience. 5 stars to Soren and the service department

A $60,000 Disappointment - Blazer EV RS Failed After Just 1 Month
I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed with my recent experience with Chevrolet’s Blazer EV RS. After leasing this vehicle just one month ago, it completely failed me today—shutting down unexpectedly and refusing to start. This isn’t just a small issue; it’s a complete breakdown of trust and reliability. How does a brand-new, supposedly state-of-the-art electric vehicle fail this miserably in just 30-40 days?
I recorded all of this on video for proof.
What if this had happened while I was on the road? what if the system had failed and the steering wheel had locked while my friends and their children were in the car? who would respond to this? I can't even imagine! what kind of system failure is this?
I paid a premium for what I believed would be a cutting-edge, reliable vehicle, but instead, I’m left with an expensive piece of metal that’s as dependable as a paperweight. I am also someone who drives slowly and calmly. Also, there is a sound coming from the car. This is not the sound of electricity or the battery. What’s worse, this is a serious safety hazard—I was left stranded, and the vehicle’s malfunction could have led to much more severe consequences.
Chevrolet should be ashamed to sell vehicles that can’t even last a month without major issues. I expected far more from such a well-known brand, but instead, I’ve received nothing but stress and frustration. This car is clearly defective, and I’m now demanding that Chevrolet take this vehicle back. If this is the level of quality and reliability they’re offering, I want no part of it.
