Thank you Bank Gloucester for assisting me with my banking issue. I spoke with someone in the main office. Representative was nice and listened to my banking problem. My problem was fixed right away. I am always impressed with the people in the main office. Friendly, honest, good listeners, diligent.... all the things you want in a bank, Bank Gloucester has! Thank you again!

DO NOT OPEN YOUR ACCOUNT AT GLOUCESTER BANK, fake notes, terrible service, they stole my money from the account by card cloning and it was not returned, they send it to you and unlike other banks they do everything to disrupt your life, Gloucester Bank is the next silicon valley's bank.

we applied for a conventional loan and after submitting our information it took 2 weeks of calls and e-mails daily for the loan officer, Mackenzie, to finally run the numbers just to tell us we didn't qualify and no further follow up. Lack of care caused us to miss out on other opportunities that we were looking at during the 2 weeks we were pushed off. I applied to Cape Ann Savings and was able to get a pre approval the same day.

Need to fire the rude women who is on the phone who cant be a decent person who needs to Cuss out people.closing my account and not looking back.Would think after you guys got hacked maybe the staff would be more helpful.

Horrible bank. Don't make the mistake of using a local bank. They don't have the resources to protect accounts. Customer service are among the most rude people I've ever encountered.

I called and asked to speak to customers service.Dorrean answer and was extremely rude.her answer wasyou can if you want to wait 20 mins.mind you im in the phone.Iadked to be able to leave a message she huffed ate and connect to a anise machine. a few months ago I went in stood in front of her desk she ignored me to 5 minutes.Another nice employee could tell I wad frustrated got me the help in need. i miss the receptionist you had for years..always nice and helpful.

The receptionist Doreen or whatever is so rude! Listen it's not a hard job and there is no need to be rude. I actually have a job dealing with the public that is extremely stressful and I don't act like that.

I had a terrible experience at the drive up window today. I brought a deposit, was told by the teller my deposit was incorrect and she was too busy to deal with it, that I’d have to go around to the end of the line. After returning to my office to check my deposit slip, it was correct. I returned and told the teller it was correct, she added it up again and it in fact, was correct.I usually don’t complain but this seems a bit ridiculous to me, it is literally her job to add the checks and enter the deposit. It only takes 1 minute, everyone is busy at this time, just take a breath and try to help people out a little bit.
