High Tech Auto is literally the best ever! They are so kind, reasonable and efficient. I brought my car in to be serviced and they actually drove it to another shop to get it inspected for me! Amazing!

Went to High Tech for my first time this week after recommendations from co-workers. Overall they made the process easy and make repairs for a re-inspection on my vehicle. Planning on using this shop for future repairs as well!

After getting jerked around by two other local shops these guys put everything together properly IN ONE VISIT, which is more than I can say for their two competitors I dealt with before trying them. They’re the only shop I’ll be doing business with going forward.

I am sad that I feel the need to post this review because I have had nothing but good things to say about this place for years, up until now.I brought my car in to get the water pump replaced, left it for a couple of days and when I went to pick it up, I started my car and immediately noticed a new whining noise that it was making. I even pointed it out to Rob on the spot and he said that because of where the pump sits, it could be causing the noise but that nothing was wrong with the car. This noise is loud, embarrassing and did not sit right with me so after I left I called back and he said if the noise didn't go away over the weekend to bring it back and they'd try the stock part instead. I asked if I'd be charged more and he said not unless the stock part was more but that it wouldn't be more than 100 dollars. I didn't feel I should be charged at all but business is business and I trusted them so I said ok.The noise didn't go away so I brought it back, again, arranged for rides for my daughter to daycare and for myself to work for two mornings and expected the noise to be resolved.Two days later, I got a call and was told it would be over 260 dollars. I am a single mom and student working full time and I simply do not have money to be throwing away so I questioned why I should be charged that much more to get rid of a noise when I had just spent well over a thousand dollars only to have a new issue be caused. Only after I questioned this did Rob go on to say that actually he wasn't going to charge me anything because the noise was still there anyway, and to come pick up the car after work. I wasn't sure how but I was left feeling like I had done something wrong and with a bad feeling knowing that I almost just threw even more money away. I felt taken advantage of as a loyal customer of over six years.Days later, I called back, and asked what to do about this now. Rob initially essentially said "we've done what we can do, we don't even know if we caused the noise." They know that they caused the noise, so I was upset with this and just gave up and hung up the phone. Rob then called back shortly after and said that they think they might know what the problem is, some sort of chain, and to bring it back after I returned from vacation with my child. More inconvenience but I was appreciative of the effort and again, arranged for rides when we got back.Got a call later that day and was told the noise was not gone and they'd done all they can do for me. I'm devastated that I trusted this place with my car and I do not feel safe in my vehicle with my 3 year old. I find it very difficult to believe that they just cannot get to the bottom of this glaring issue, and would rather me and my three year old be stuck with this problem now. I do not know if this loud noise is serious, harmless, or what. I am left in the dark and feeling totally taken advantage of. I had a road trip with my daughter and my Mom planned out next month and am most likely going to have to cancel because I simply do not have the money or the means to bring this car somewhere else and pay for them to fix what this shop refuses to fix after causing. I am losing sleep and writing this review at 2 am because of the anxiety this entire situation is bringing me.Long story, but if I could sum it up I would say just be careful here.

I recently had High Tech mount a new set of rims and tires on my 2022 Toyota 4runner. The new rims are Trd black out with Falken wildpeak at3, my concerns were that the rims didn't get damaged or scratched and that the balance was done properly. I know High Tech has a great reputation for their work, so it was a no brainer for who was going to get the job. The truck looks awesome and the balance is perfect. Next up is the lift with Bilstein shocks and springs. So I'll be booking my next appointment at High Tech very soon !!!Service: Auto tire replacement

SUBJECT: 4WD REPAIR & REPLACEMENT OF FRONT-DRIVE-SHAFT, 2012 CHEVY COLORADO.HI TECH WAS QUICK TO IDENTIFY THE SOURCE OF THE TROUBLE, NOTIFIED ME IMMEDIATELY AND EXPLAINED THE JOB AT HAND, GOT THE NEEDED PARTS ON ORDER AND THE TRUCK WAS BACK INTO MY POSSESSION WITH IN 24 HOURS. FURTHERMORE, THE TEAM IDENTIFIED TO ME THAT A GREATER PERCENTAGE OF THE WORK WAS COVERED BY MY AUTO INSURANCE POLICY (BONUS POINTS), THANK YOU MIKE & THE TEAM @ HI TECH.

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING THEY ARE SO GENUINE AND NICE I DIDNT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT JUST WENT IN ON A WHIM TO ASK FOR HELP WITH MY CAR WHEN I COULDNT FIND OUT WHAT WAS WRONG AND 5 MINUTES LATER THEY ARE DROPPING EVERYTHING AND FOUND THE PROBLEM TO MY CAR IN 10 MINUTES AND GAVE ME WHAT I NEEDED TO MAKE IT RUN LIKE NEW SINCE IT WAS SUCH A SMALL FIX THAT EVERYONE ELSE OVERLOOKED HE SAID I WAS ALL SET AS WELL. I ALMOST CRIED. OVERALL, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING PLACE DEFFINATELY GIVE THEM A SHOT NO IF ANDS OR BUTS.Services: General repairs & maintenance
