The store itself I can’t comment on due to never shopping there but, the pharmacy is a whole different store! This pharmacy is by far the worst one I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve went to many Cvs pharmacies with no issue. They are always understaffed and rude from my experience. As a customer we have certain medications that we need on time and this pharmacy hasn’t ever given me the medication I need on time or without issues like waiting 5-7 hours forThem to fill it. I tried to stick it out but it’s not worth it, if you want a reliable, easy and friendly pharmacy this isn’t the one!

Tonight is Thanksgiving, and I am so thankful for the sales associate Lynette. She went above and beyond to help me. She even went looking for a snoopy plush in the back that was not on the floor. She did not have to do this, but after I had said I searched at a few other CVS for it, she wanted to help, as I desperately wanted to get it for my daughter. CVS should consider themselves so lucky to have a kind and nice employee like her, I know I am so grateful for all her help tonight.

This store is consistently understaffed. This leads to there constantly being unstocked items littering the aisles. More infuriating is the consistent long waits to check out.These are just a few of the reasons we now use Big Y for our pharmacy.

So I'll start by saying. What is going on?!Why are you guys out of meds so badly? Especially the IMPORTANT medication.You have people missing doses, missing things they need to do because your company isn't well stocked up AT ALL.Y'all have been known for the worst attitudes first off, stigmatized staff members and seems like you guys should of warned all your customers personally about this before their medication gets called in and get told we need to find an alternative or no meds for you! It's been going on for 3 months now, even more.YALL ARE GOING TO CAUSE SOME PHYSICAL AND MENTAL ISSUES TO FLAIR UP AGAIN BECAUSEWE NEED OUR MEDS!!!!While I see all y'all care about is what it looks like behind the counter. LOL stop hiding what is really going on.

If I could give no number, I would, for the pharmacy personnel alone. Most are constantly rude, unhelpful, bitter about being overworked and won't help you get discounts on your medications. I've found a much better pharmacy. They have less workers, are friendly, helpful and I ALWAYS have my meds when they say they're going to. Shop around people!!

Not very happy with the people here. First they screw up my vaccination shots date blame it on me. Now they are late when I was here early. I believe it's time to move my prescriptions elsewhere.

As a store and Pharmacy pretty good as for some of the workers improvement is needed especially in the pharmacy some of the cashier's make you feel like your bothering them or if you ask questions they don't want to be bothered

This place is getting worse every day. They say a prescription will be ready and of course it isn't. I asked a pharmacist to show me how to use a insulin pen, they were wrong had a friend help me. Please get some qualified people that know how to do the job. Please!!!

CVS pharmacy is beyond frustrating. You try to plan ahead, request refills versus going to the store last minute, and are penalized by not getting the refills in a timely manner, yet if I go to the store and hover, I can get it in 15 mins. What’s incentive do I have to plan and be proactive?The inventory is also a problem consistently. I do not understand this when we have refillable scripts in the system, yet 3 out of 4 times I go days without a refill due to poor inventory planning.

This is a terrible place to go for prescriptions. I ALWAYS have to go a second time because of some screw-up on their end. Once they gave me 1 of 2 prescription bottles so I had to go back. The pharmacist herself took to my order for COVID test kits but there was no record of it when I went in 2 days later to pick the kits up. Their website said my prescription was ready, but when I went in they told me it was really on order, and not ready. Their website also tells you to contact your prescriber when really, it is just too early to order. The line is usually out of control and to ice the cake, only a few of the customer facing folks are friendly.I've had it - my insurance gives me other options and I'm going to switch pharmacies.

If you don't want your meds then send them here. It honestly seems like they don't fill any prescriptions until you come in and ask for them. Everytime I show up it's a 20 minute wait. Even when the script was sent days before. The staff seems friendly and helpful but there is something systemically wrong with the way this location is ran. Most likely really bad management.

They're terrible at filling prescriptions when they say they will. I had to transfer to cvs because of my work insurance, and they tried to charge me $80 for a singular pill when I was out of that prescription. Hate them to the core, go elsewhere if you can
