Set two reservations. Time came for reservations didn't have the car i requested , nor any other car on lot . Small location , not worth it . Worth driving the 15 minutes to other location

Gave me a car that needed an oil change and the moon roof didn’t work. Had it for a month. They kept charging my card without calling me first, and they always charged at least double of what was actually owed. I returned the car a month ago and we settled the agreement. They said I was all set and paid.Well, I just got a notification from my bank that they tried to charge my card AGAIN. I told them over and over they need to call me before charging my card and they won’t. Not to mention, I owe them nothing. They just charge what they want, when they want. Even after the transaction has ended. I’ll be filing a report with the BBB later today.

My experience was pretty good but when I extended a day I had to pay extra $10. Have some issue with billing and hopefully will get a positive and quick response. The reservation worked well.

Pretty disappointed in my experience with the Lowell Enterprise. Made reservation and clearly started which auto body shop I was to be picked up at. I called after 45 minutes and they told me they were there and I wasnt. No call at all. Found out wrong stop. Spoke to aBrett and was advised they don't come to that shop another enterprise had to pick me up. He would call them and get back to me. HE NEVER CALLED BACK AND LEFT US STRANDED AT THE SHOP, CLOSED UP AT 5 LEFT. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM ENTERPRISE AGAIN.

I got a rental in the Lowell, MA location. Firstly, I did not get the type of car we had booked despite reserving early. To make matters worse, we got a car that wasn't cleaned and to make matters worse smelled of cigarette smoke soon as we turned on the a/c which triggered my mum's illness, she was coughing the entire time when she got into the car. When I called to inform them. They said "I'm sorry about it but tht happens sometimes"

I have rented cars from enterprise many times haven’t had many issues or problems that wasn’t resolved and dealt with professionally. The customer service reps are always polite and helpful true delight.

Everyone was nice and polite, but when I returned the car usually they would inspect the car to see if anything happened and to clean out the car. I called to ask if I left something in the glove box green bag. They said they will call the person who rented the car and I’ll hear back from them. It’s been almost 3 weeks nothing yet, but wanted to leave this note here for anyone else. Never again and this was because I really needed a car and the actual place I went to was sold out .

Honestly has a fantastic experience considering the unfortunate circumstances of my car accident. I was rewarded a month in a luxury 2023 Toyota hylander. I went through my insurance so I had a low down payment. Picking up was a breeze and drop off took less than a minute with Peter! 4/28/23

Very bad experience. People work there are rude. Would never return to this location again. Instead of serving customers they were to busy eating breakfast. I waited two hours just to start the process of renting a car with them. Communication skills with their manager and their employees is awful. Did not explain rates rental agreements or anything to me. Would not recommend renting a car from this enterprise . Don't trust Bryce or Peter they will take you for everything that your worth. I asked multiple for information from them I get nothing. They don't call you back. Don't ever go to this location.
