Rude staff! They were unwelcoming, snippy, and clearly did not want to be at work. I felt so uncomfortable and just awkward. Previous reviews are right, avoid this location!

I am impressed by the team work and the friendly staff. I visited twice since I arrived in Boston and both times it was just great. Even on the busiest day The black Friday they were all helpful and attentive. The Snoopy bag was a perfect choice as all people in Market Street were walking around with it. Great experience.

Last week I went to AE with my young daughter to shop. As we walked around the store staff made rude comments about us over their employee headsets. My daughter was also aware that staff were talking rudely about us and making faces while we tried on accessories when checking out. This store has a very mean girl culture.

Rude employer , they make you feel unwelcome. I ask to use the fitting room and they gave me dirty look . I had to wait for them to finish a conversation.

Store is stocked well and clean. The younger girl at the register lacked any sort of people skills and came off as exceptionally rude. The older woman also on staff however was very friendly and welcoming. We will likely avoid this store down the road as we generally value customer service and friendliness of staff to be a higher metric that gains loyalty or breaks it.

My friend and I had a great experience needing a pair of jeans before an upcoming trip. The workers were very friendly and kept the establishment pretty organized. We were able to purchase a couple of pairs each as well some cute tops. My friend really like a pair of jeans these didn't have in her size. Fortunately we were able to get them delivered directly to her home just in time for the trip. Overall, would come again!

Aerie has found an unusual niche producing high quality clothes at really nice prices. They are a step above H&M, Old Navy and Target IMO and have some great items you can't find anywhere else. However, my most recent online "pick up at store" purchase at this store has made me reconsider ever buying anything from them again. I ordered 3 items early Sunday morning and was promised my order would be ready in 2 hours. After the store was open for 4 hours and still not ready I called the store and asked if there was a problem. They were polite and said to be patient, the store was just busy and I would have my order by the end of the day. Sunday night the order was still "in progress". Monday morning I received an email informing me all the items in my order were cancelled because they were no longer available. I live just 5 miles from the store. I could have easily drove there, picked out my items and checked out, but instead they ignored my order and now it's a 1-2 week wait to get my order if I want to place it again. You obviously don't care at all about your customers.
