Ordered a set of Maytag washers and dryers for my property, but there was an issue with the coin slides. Al and Nick went above and beyond—troubleshooting the issue after hours and even over the weekend. When it couldn’t be resolved, they had two new Speed Queens delivered and installed within 48 hours. Fernando and his team handled the install like pros, even getting them down a tight stairwell to the basement. Great service from start to finish. Highly recommend Hugo’s Appliance!

I purchased 5 new appliances from Hugo’s today and was thrilled with the excellent service I received. Both Al and Nick were great to work with. There is no reason to shop anywhere else. Prices were very good. This is one reason to keep it local!

I just purchased a new above the range microwave from Hugo's to replace one that had died. It was a great experience from beginning to end. Al 3rd and the in-store staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the pricing was very competive and the customer service was outstanding. The delivery and installation crew did a great job - they are fast, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Hugo's if you need new appliances you won't be disappointed.

I purchased a new refrigerator through Hugo’s Melrose Appliance rather than through a big box store because I wanted to support a small, local business. I am very glad that I made that decision! They provided a discount on my purchase, upgraded the model at no cost, and sent a plumber on the same day to install a water line. Their delivery people were kind, fast, careful, and very efficient.
Regarding the discount and upgrade: The original model I ordered was on back order for longer than anticipated. Al and Steve at Hugo’s offered a different model with the same dimensions, and it was in stock. The haul away of my existing appliance was a quick and easy process. I highly recommend Hugo’s!

Highly recommend - Great experience all around. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive. They helped me select the right make and model for a new washing machine, and they had it delivered within the same week. Delivery personnel were exceptional, and they handled a complicated removal and install process seamlessly.

My experience was a very pleasant one. I bought a microwave which they delivered.promptly. There was a problem with it and they replaced it. Al helped me resolve some issues I had with the replacement oven. He maintained his customer focus while he patiently satisfied my concerns. I'll be back to Hugo's

By far the best appliance shopping experience I’ve had! Al and his crew are amazing! The delivery team were friendly and neat. The Plumber was a problem solver. The electrician was neat and a pleasure to chat with. We had so many problems in having to replace our stove and Hugo’s had nothing but solutions! All issues were taken care of same day! Just to mention the problems. 1. The electrical 220 had to be fixed properly 2. The plumbing code had to be addressed 3. The counter had to be trimmed. Not knowing which stove to choose he guided us with the best (not the most expensive) stove that would meet our needs as cooks Hugo’s now has a new lifelong customer. Thank you!

I was looking to replace my dryer. Got quoted for $700 with free delivery and haul away. I shopped around and went back 3 days later and I was told the price is $750 and $40 haul away and set up fee. They refused to honor the original price I was given as allegedly the employee was new and shouldn’t have offered that price. All of this while the person was rude. Be sure to check their Yelp reviews…I tried to shop local but it isn’t worth it when they are rude and won’t stand by their employees.

I purchased all kitchen new appliances from Hugo's - everything was in-stock at the best prices, excellent customer service, and delivery was quick and painless. Just ordered a new washer and dryer - again best prices, in-stock, and delivery scheduled in just a few days. Start at Hugo's, don't waste your time anywhere else.

Thanks to al and all the guys from Hugo's. After getting the wrong information from a big box store i call hugos and within 4hrs i had a new stove delivered and old one hauled away with no issues. Can not say enough great things about Hugos,will be making all of appliances purchased from them!
