So last night my golf r developed a misfire I freaked out called vw the told me that if were to drop it off they could probably take a look at next Thursday (that a whole week to diag a misfire ) so the this morning I called kmh and he told me bring it in we can look at it asap. In a matter of hours they had diagnosed my car fixed my can and did and oil change . And for a very fair price this car from now on is only going to KMH . If anyone needs help with anything Volkswagen or audi even Porsche. These are guys to bring it too

I highly recommend KMH they’ve done work to my MK3 Golf from replacing my transmission and installing aftermarket parts now I own a GTI mk7.5 and they have been great they have it pushing over 300hp and I’m extremely happy with them

KMH is my new go-to after having my Volkswagen serviced at the dealership for years. Shoutout to Keith, Jon, and the whole KMH team - they know VWs, Audis, and Porsches through and through. Their work is great and their prices are very reasonable (and I say that having called a number of local shops for quotes on the same job before ultimately choosing KMH - and I’m glad I did)

Have been going here for 8 months now have had a cool air intake, catless down pipe and a stage 2 IE crackle tune done here the staff are amazing and are very professional staff and hard working staff I would highly recommend being your euro car here if you want it to be repaired or modded

Got to hand to the staff at KMH Motors, found leak and fixed problem on my daughter's car no one else could find. Timely service, dropped car off over night for my appointment was fixed quick and had her back on the road in no time flat. Thanks again John Keith and the crew at KMH.. this is why you use local people to fix all your automotive needs!

Overall not the best experience. Nice people, but every time I went, I was stuck without a car for way too long for what was being fixed. It seemed like it wasn’t a big deal to them.

KMH is the go-to place for my Audi Q7. I moved to NH in 2020 and still make the drive for all of my auto needs- from wipers to oil to tires. They are super responsive and accommodating, always fitting me in for an appointment within the week. They are friendly, knowledgeable and I never feel taken advantage of when it comes to the “diagnosis” of what needs doing or the pricing. Highly recommend this shop, you and your car will be happy.

Guys at the shop are nice dudes but I brought my first Audi s4 from a wholesaler and needed my chain done once I got it done I had multiple codes on the car which I had to diagnose myself and there were sensors that went bad after the chain replacement and Keith wanted to charge me for multiple diagnoses on an engine light that I had after KMH touched my car he recommended changing a bunch of other things that would amount to a lot of money so I ended up looking the codes up and fixing it myself which cost me about 200 instead of thousands. Then I brought my wife’s Audi s4 I had bought from a private sale to him to get my cat welded…they fixed that issue fine but then all of sudden I had codes for my throttle body and to my surprise they came up with a story of how they switched the throttle body off of the car long story short all it needed was to be tuned properly and KMH kept charging me to fix something that didn’t need fixing and after looking up the parts they used they were charging me three times the parts were worth….. I took it to WORKSHOP IN CHELMSFORD and my car was fixed within the day hate to leave a bad review but I have recommended people here before and they’ve had the same experience I will not be recommending this place to anyone else

From reading all of the other 1- star reviews and the responses from the owner Keith, you can see a common trend on how he reacts and what his business ethics are. I can't talk about everyone else's experience other than my own.
First off, I understand that my car and its condition was not the easiest to work with (probably an understatement). I have had work done here previously and everything for the most part was great. I think the common theme of the shop being money hungry and misdiagnosing issues is also accurate in my situation. The timing was done on my car as well as the camshafts. The work was done but had to go back for a myriad of other issues that "randomly happened" after it was put back together. Missing carbon fiber insert, AC not working properly, car shutting off randomly, etc.
the first diagnosis was that I needed to replace THE ENTIRE MOTOR. (laughable) and then once that was rejected, they went down the rabbit hole of throwing parts at it and seeing what stuck instead of doing a proper diagnosis.
We all know that Keith will then push the blame and come up with something showing that it was actually the customer's fault and your car is the problem and not the shop blah blah blah. I will say though that John and Kurt (previous tech) are great people. Unfortunately, Keith happens to be a blemish and a callus in the VW/ Audi community.
There are far more knowledgeable mechanics in the area and in NH. If you need an oil change or your tires rotated, I am sure they will do great. If you need anything that requires any type of thought process, go elsewhere.
P.S.
The car was properly diagnosed and the issues were fixed correctly by another shop and now running how it should.
Now it will be Keith's turn to come up with something incorrect that sways things his direction. What a hack.

Keith is a very nice and reasonable owner, I recommend getting your audi / VW fixed here. Good quality parts and fluids.
