Gray Brothers has done great work for me in the past, but maybe they’re getting just a bit sloppy. They did a full detail on my 2023 Dodge Challenger, and at first glance, it looked good. The car was shiny and glossy.
Surprisingly, the car was finished very quickly. After I looked it over, it turns out they didn’t vacuum the trunk or clean the windows. Yes, I brought the car back to them and they completed the work, but I shouldn’t have had to do that. One would think that someone would check the car over before delivering it to the customer. Additionally, there were a lot of spots on the car showing wax residue which I chose not to address with them.
I’ll go back to them in the future, but I’ll have to be sure to inspect the car with a fine toothed comb before taking it home next time.

My daughter is in college nearby and has essentially just put gas and driven her car for the last 2 years. We wanted to get her car cleaned and waxed before the upcoming school year, and I called Ray to discuss their services. We agreed on a wash and wax with a little inside cleaning. When my daughter dropped off the car, Ray was professional and didn't try to upsell her. They cleaned her car better than when it was new, and even removed a coffee stain on the driver's seat that' been there for years. Overall extremely happy with their services and professionalism. Highly recommend!

I wanted a full interior detailing and they did a fantastic job on my car, no crumb or speck left behind and the cleaning products didn’t have a lingering chemical smell. They have a lot of business so you need to make appointments ~1 week in advance. I dropped my car off at 9am and they let me know it was finished around 1pm!

I’ve been doing business with Gray brothers for an excess of five years. There is no number of stars that can accurately rate them. the high level of quality that they provide Is undeniable. Recently, I brought a brand new Chevy HD that had some extreme issues with the paint. I thought I was gonna have to bring the vehicle back but Tom and Ryan were able to make the vehicle look better than new. I sent all my clients and friends to them and would highly recommend them. They did a great job detailing my car. Super quick and kind service. The car looks like new on the inside. The products they use are not too heavily scented either, which is really nice. I will definitely use them again next time.
