Just purchased my first brand new Toyota here. Derek was so easy to deal with. Very laid-back and smooth experience. After signing everything/going through paperwork, trade in, etc., I could not have been happier driving my first brand new vehicle and Toyota out of the showroom here. Thank you!

Not only were they the only 2024 Sienna LE available within 100 miles, they were competitive and a pleasure to work with.
Turning in a lease and Derek asks me if I planned to use my lease equity towards the van. I've never had my local dealer mention equity unless it's negative equity.
Well worth the beautiful 90 minute drive. They were just real down to earth and treat me like a person instead of a number. I am driving away today glad that they gave me a plate holder with their name on it. Highly recommend!

The salespeople are very down to earth and easy to talk to. Friendly, patient, & professional, never pushy, they immediately put my wife and I at ease. We never felt pressured. They made the whole process very easy. They took the time to explain everything to us. We highly recommend K-M Toyota, North Adams.

The best car-shopping experience I have ever had. I don't often write online reviews, but feel compelled to share my story. I normally dread automobile purchases, and was astonished at how pleasant it was to work with K-M. At every step of the way, the staff were responsible and courteous, and at no point did I feel any of the high-pressure atmosphere I normally expect. I had driven a few hours to look at a vehicle that seemed very under-priced. While I was there, the employees discovered that the low price I had seen online was the result of a data-entry error. I braced myself for a story about how the car was actually going to cost $2000 more (putting it in the low end of fair Blue Book prices), but they said since it was their mistake, they would honor the original price. When I quoted the loan rates my bank had offered me, the K-M rep said that he wouldn't even waste my time looking at in-house financing, because he was sure they couldn't match those of my bank. This kind of integrity feels rare in automotive sales, and their honorable practices will make me a repeat customer when it's time to purchase another car.
