First time being there, I was there about 2 pm on a Friday no one was there half the machines were broken semi clean. The one washer that worked smelled really bad i felt that this place should give away free washes or drys the dryers the door didn't shut all the way I belive only 3 worked. It looked terrible in there and I am not sure if they are going out of business renovating or just given up. Also let's talk about random people just going in for quarters. I seen that 2 times. I will be going somewhere else. I won't be doing my laundry there.

Go to the Laundromat behind OIC in Orange much better, the washing machines are expensive, don't always working and dryers do not dry fast enough. No access to change.

This is the absolute WORST laundromat in Massachusetts. The owner does not respond to emails and the phone is disconnected. The machines steal your money and no one is available to help. Cameras everywhere, you can literally see me and how irritated I’m getting with your machine taking money and never giving change or the laundry card and you do not respond.Warning to everyone: DO NOT USE THIS LAUNDROMAT

It's clean the prices are good for washers and dryers. Only down fall is some machines are broke down. But they are also open 24hrs and you can fold laundry there

Coin machine doesn't work! Have to purchase a card to be able to use most machines and then card doesn't work! Nobody around to get a refund! Only a few machines even work! Never again!

I have been using the laundromat for a year now and all of the same machines are still broken. Mainly dryer's that don't heat up.

I dont know who reads reviews on laundromats, but if your here looking at my review, try to find another laundromat to go to. I only go here to wash blankets and everytime I go its something. This time half the machines were broken and the coin exchange machine wasn't working along with the card machine. The washing machines dont ring out your items and the dryers dont dry them. Sad excuse for a business that doesn't require much.

Horrible! I lost $20.00 in the machine for a card to do my laundry and another $1.00 in the laundry soap dispenser. A lot of the machines are out of order. There's no phone number that you can call. I had to go the police department to get the guys address, phone number is private so no way to get in touch with them except for a letter to the guy who lives in lunenburg Mass.I hope I can get my money back!
