As usual I was in a hurry and wanted to find what I was looking for and make the purchase and check out.It took a little longer for me to find what I wanted since the product space onthe shelf was empty. I settled for the second-choice eye vitamin and went to checkout line. A customer was being helped ahead of me, but as I turned around another associate approached me offering check-out assistance.She brought me to the self-check-out and helped me to complete my transaction. I was very pleased with her helpfulness and cheerful manner.I told her I would be happy to take the survey when I got home.Thank you, CVS associates, in Orleans, MA.

I came to the pharmacy shortly after 1, put in a refill and told them I'd be waiting. I did a little shopping, thought it was taking an unusual amount of time, went back to the pharmacy, which was closed for lunch from 1:30-2. Obviously people need to eat (though not sure why they all need to eat at the same time) but they gave me no indication that I would be waiting an hour for a prescription. Leaving now without it.

Great store they have a pharmacy. They also fell some food items. They sell cleaning products, stationary, small amounts of automotive and house tools, greeting card, candy, flashlights, skin hair and body cleaning and moisturizers.They even have some clothing products and hats and gloves very small selection but good if you're in a pinch.

The pharmacy is short-staffed big time. Thus not many good days for pharmacy and pharmacist. Today Katie, the assistant store manager, went to great lengths to get my prescription to me contact free due to my concern with Covid. She was fantastic, and so was the pharmacy technician. Thank you so much!

My pharmacy experience here recently was good. The staff was helpful. I found a license on the floor if anyone's missing one. The parking is at the rear of the building and shares a lot with other businesses.

After trying to open the door to the refreshments to get my drink (the door didn’t work) I was promptly told to walk out with my refreshment by a really old manager. If I could less than one star I would, this place truly deserves -34/5 stars.

Horribly disrespectful, when I asked if An item was edible I was warranted with a horribly disrespectful silence from a BLACK woman. She then went on to report ME to the manager whom of which promptly told me to leave. If I could give this place LESS than one star I WOULD. the world spins while cvs stands still. I will NEVER be coming back.

Rude staff. Slow pharmacy. Automated phone message about prescription readiness is not correct and there’s no way to speak to an actual human. Don’t bother wasting your time at this dump.

Called the pharmacy to ensure my prescription would be ready when I got there (as I am sick and not wanting to sit around all day). It said it would be ready at 12:15. An hour later it wasn't ready and the pharmacy girl was rude and couldn't answer why that was. Ridiculous.

Pharmacy and pharmacist fail systematically to answer phone consultations as required by law, and as apply to health providers responsible for clients’ lives. No voicemail available for patients.I wonder if CVS is too big to manage. Should it be investigated to ensure that services are properly implemented? Of course it should!!A complaint with the Better Business Bureau is being placed.Try to avoid this chain which is just worried about taking money from you to meet shareholders bottomline.
