Brian, the pharmacist was extremely helpful and friendly, as I was 2000 miles from home and needed an Rx from my doctor at home when I became ill. I would definitely recommend this CVS.

Very rude staff. Asked politely if they had a restroom so my infant daughter could use while shopping and the fake red head lady at counter responded very rudely no we don't. So much for polite customer service. I would hire polite and attentive employees if I were owner of this location this lady seemed annoyed she had to get off her cell phone.

Love this CVS, the whole world is understaffed, barely anyone wants to work and yet this location does their best! Yes the line is long, oh well! Be patient and wait your turn… yes they do get to have lunch too, people are unreal some of these comments are ridiculously entitled… you’re that mad, go somewhere else! This pharmacy is great and the staff are too!

Hours not as advertised; closed 2h early. Excusable for most businesses but for an essential pharmacy that is part of a nationwide chain this is really frustrating.

I go to this CVS often because it’s less dysfunctional than the other ones near it, except for Harwich maybe. Anyway, my 2 star review is directed more at the management than the cashier.I used self checkout and was purchasing cough medicine and some other items like shampoo. I intentionally chose self a checkout because the one cashier had a long line, and I didn’t have a lot of time. I scanned my items and the self checkout machine kept saying “assistance required” because I bought an “adult” product. Cough medicine. I’m 47 years old. In many other CVS stores and supermarkets with self checkout , a cashier has been able to press a button or something without even leaving the register. I even tried to scan my license which should be acceptable. At no point did the cashier explain she would be right over or apologize and ask me to be patient. She was actually having a conversation with some people in line who she seemed to know. I ended up not paying for my items and leaving them with her. Whoever is managing this place needs to train staff to deal with self checkout and prioritize customers who are trying to pay as much as they prioritize people they feel like chit chatting with.This store needs more employees and maybe CVS could hire more employees if they paid more hourly. Every time I go to a CVS, it is short staffed and whoever is working has no idea where anything is.

Pharmacy is Completely unresponsive when calling. Put on hold as long as I can stand it, last time 15 minutes, before hanging up. If your questions can't be answered by the voicemail prompts you are totally out of luck.

Poor customer service at the Pharmacy. Poor attitude on part of the staff. Was promised medication at a certain time, but was not ready and they wanted me to wait till “after lunch” which they were going to take rather than fill the now overdue script. Heather was very nice, though, and pointed out some of the contraindicated other meds with my script when I was able to finally pick it up.

They Don't Close At 10pm They Close At 7pmThey've Litterally Have Created Their Own Hours...I've Even Called The Corporate Number And They Say "The Store Should Be Open According To Our InformationProvided" But Its Not HahahaThe Fact That There So Under-Staffed Is Crazy! Expect Long Lines At Pharmacy Or A Long Wait. I Legit Get Called/Txt The Scripts Are Ready, I Go I Wait In Extremely Long Lines 75% Of The Time And The Script Isn't Ready And The Expedite Is Usually 1-2Hrs Because They'reSo Behind, Its Ridiculous Honestly And There Isn't Much If Any Communication! Nobody Really Works The Register Up Front Its Basically Just The Self Check...Everyone Is Extremely Nice But They're EXTREMELY Under Staffed

The pharmacy usually puts callers on a long wait. I only call because their app seldom works correctly and nobody seems to care.
