I was using the hot coffee dispenser to melt the sugar in my coffee and it came out looking like water. I thought not a problem I’ll just use hot water it’s fine and this rude ass employee looks at me and says “did you just use the hot coffee machine?” and I didn’t hear her but just nodded and said “yeah” and she rudely explained “that’s cleaning syrup” and walked away. I said “I’m sorry I thought it was hot water”. And I dumped out the cup and started over. You’re supposed to have the cleaning in progress signs up if you don’t want people using the machines. I normally love getting coffee here, but if this is how they treat customers who make mistakes, maybe they need to reevaluate their work ethics. 10/10 don’t recommend anymore.

This Cumberland farms is normally pretty good but the slushie area is nothing but fruit flies everywhere. Not super appetizing with food around.
