First time visiting and I was very impressed. Chris helped me find everything I needed and even went above and beyond. I was $2 short and really didn't want to use a card. Chris spotted me $2 of his tip money just to make things easier. Chris, thank you and I'll get you back next time. You just created a loyal customer.

Bloom Brothers is always a spectacular experience. I've been buying my bud there for 2 years and not once have I had anything less than exceptional service. The bud tenders are all kind and knowledgeable. And believe it or not, on busy days, you'll find the owners busting a** at the front counter. I truly recommend BB for your bud purchases my dudes!

Bloom Brothers is great! I have never had a bad experience over the past 2 or so years I have been stopping by… their staff is knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Their prices are great as well! You will not be disappointed if you stop into Bloom Brothers!

I can never find any rosin on their menu.Edit to reply to owner:I’ve made this request using your online form 2-3 times, by phone multiple times, and in person once over the past year +.You didn’t start carrying it and hence the review. Is this review is the only way to actually get you to take notice?There are a select few dispensaries in the area that did not get a review like this because they actually listened to the requests from customers to carry Rosin consistently.There are suppliers that do consistently put out Rosin.I will up my stars or take down the review if you have rosin consistently, otherwise this review is real and justified.

Love this dispensary. Everyone of your staff I've encountered have been very helpful and professional. I do have one issue. I bought some edibles and I ended up eating 4 pieces of the brownies with no effect. Is it possible to get a defective edible?

My dad and I have been coming here for at least two or three years now. We’ve never been disappointed. The product selection is amazing and every single employee is not only friendly, but incredibly knowledgeable. Every product they’ve ever recommended to me, I have loved. They go above and beyond for every one of their customers. There are several dispensaries opening up in my area now that recreational marijuana is finally legal in NY, but I can’t see myself going anywhere but Bloom.

Been coming for maybe a little over two years, I always tell everyone I meet that loves herb to go to Bloom. Best variety and prices. Comfortable parking lot and staff is always rad as well as knowledgeable. I don't really have anything bad to say about Mass dispensaries as I'm from NY and still choose to go to Mass because they just do the process right. No headaches and always sunshine in my pocket. Thanks Bloom and Staff!

Always a great experience, all staff is knowledgeable and really cool. Products are well priced and very good quality. Have been driving from NYS since opening and will continue even though NY has dispensary now, much better at Bloom Bros.

This was my third visit to your dispensary. In my previous visits I was always given ten dollars off for every 14 grams of flower Ipurchased. This time however, I did not receive this discount. The budtender explained that I was ineligible for this discount since the product I was buying was packaged in one-quarter ounce jars rather than in a one-eighth ounce jars. As a consequence, I ended up paying twenty-four dollars more than I anticipated. I don't understand the reasoning here. Can you explain. Overall, I am pleased with all of my experiences at Bloom Brothers. Your staff is always polite, courteous, and helpful. This time however, I am just a little disappointed

Hands down the best cannabis shop I’ve ever shopped at. Wonderful selections and plentiful variety. Staff becomes like family very quickly. It’s refreshing to walk into a place and know for a fact the people there LOVE their job. HIGHLY recommend ;)

Amazing place, the staff is super knowledgeable and great at making recommendations. I pre-ordered and it was ready as soon as I got there. Also it was the day after 420 and they were all still super nice and not cranky from the THC Xmas so bonus to the staff for awesomeness under pressure

These lovelies are absolutely wonderful!! From prices to the very impressive selection, and the very knowledgeable customer service staff.. it's really a great time!! My husband and i never felt rushed, they listened and understood what kind of feels we were looking for. Another bonus is how friendly yet professional the staff are to each other. Bloom Brothers has become our go to!

Great experience, I did a pre-order, got the conformation text, then got the it's ready text. Got there all the staff members were awesome, very polite, courteous. I would recommend Bloom Brothers to anyone, they get you in and out.
