This charming shop in Rockport has become a must-visit for me! The owner is an absolute gem - friendly, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable about her products. Whether you're looking for a special gift or a treat for yourself, you're guaranteed to find something amazing here. The care and attention to detail are evident throughout the store, making the shopping experience truly delightful. I can't recommend it highly enough!

The owner of this establishment was so welcoming and helpful to our family. There are so few openly queer or POC people in the area and we have experienced discrimination in other establishments on Bearskin Neck. This store, however, was a highlight of our visit for the entire family. We will be returning soon.

It was our 2nd trip to Rockport when my husband & I stumbled upon Carol Lee's Cottage. I got attracted to a tunic dress displayed outside, which I ended up buying and my husband also got me a Rockport canvas tote that is sturdy, unique and very functional. Carol Lee's shop is filled with unique and OOAK items that you won't see in every store so this visit to Rockport alone is worth the trip. She also has a online presence if you would like to place orders. However, it is still worth your time to go visit as Rockport itself is filled with places, views, beaches, restaurants etc... to keep you occupied and entertained.
