I LOVE this store. It is beautiful and stocked with so many fabulous products. We have found so many fabulous new things to try there every time we pay them a visit. A must stop in when you're in Rockport!

Would have been happy to give Lula's Pantry 4-5 stars thanks to its eclectic and charming wares and excellent merchandising, but for the epically snotty manager who was more interested in gossiping with his friends then he was in making sales. I had seen an item in the window and was interested in purchasing it. When I approached the manager at the counter he looked right at me, looked away, and kept chatting with his friends. When it was clear that I wasn't going away, he abruptly stopped talking and very impatiently and rudely asked if he could help me. I asked him about the item in question and he responded, in his best condescending and dismissive tone, that it wasn't for sale and then turned back to his conversation. Not one to be deterred by blatant obnoxious behavior, I asked him if he was sure--because I had a matching one that I had purchased at Lula's a few months earlier, and wanted another one to bookend a door way. Even then, after I made it clear that I was a return customer, he impatiently told me that it was broken and not in sellable condition. Didn't ask me if I might be interested in something similar, didn't warm up even a bit, and gave me every indication in his body language and tone that I was bothering him immensely and would I please just go away. Well, he gets his wish. I won't be going back. Clearly he doesn't need my business!

Love the store - so many great items! The girl at the check out was nice but the person who seemed to be her manager was not great. He didn't acknowledge me and my friend when we walked in and was rude to the girl at the check out when she was having an issue. Retail is a hard job and I get being so overworked that you don't want to deal with annoying customers but he didn't want to deal with any customers annoying or nice.

I love this kitchen goods store. It's jam packed with gems. They have an awesome selection of gourmet pantry items, serveware, cookware, cookbooks, candy, puzzles, napkins, wine openers, multiple sizes of whisks, placemats--even lighting! And they have a range of prices. It's great for host gifts, stocking stuffers, and just making your kitchen, food, and table unique and your own. The owner is lovely and the shops back deck looks out directly on the Motif.

Lula’s is one of my favorite shoppes! I am passionate about great food, beautiful artisan pottery and linens, specialized cookware, and wood utensils. Lula’s is the only shoppe where I can find “wood tasting spoons”! Thank you for always having such a lovely selection of products.

What a charming shop with so very many lovely things to choose from. Gadgets and nibbles and table linens... and the most gorgeous view of Motif #1. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. Would definitely return to buy more lovely things next time in Rockport.

This is our favorite shop in all of Rockport. We won't be making our annual trip up from Virginia because of The Great Confinement, and I wanted to check online to be sure that all is well at Lula's. A cook’s, hostess and foodie lovers fun shop. Very high-quality and unique gifts for cooking, serving and creating food. Beautiful and coffee table worthy cookbooks, exquisite Japanese bowls, variety of interesting hot sauces, Olivewood spoons, and stress relieving kitchen floor mats are just a few of the delightful things in this shop. This shop also has the best view of anywhere in the area. Walk out onto the outdoor balcony for a breathtaking view of the harbor in motif #1.
