My brand new GMC Terrain was hit from behind and I called Carbone and Sons because I have heard wonderful feedback. The shop owner Bob was super friendly knowledgeable and flexible. He had the rental brought to the shop and my car was done a little over a week. He kept the communication open with correspondence from insurance company. My car looks absolutely amazing. Bob and the team took excellent care of me and my Jeep. He handled all the communication with the insurance company, and even had my back when they tried to charge me more for my rental car. I cannot recommend JC Carbone enough! When I got my Jeep back, the inside was nice and clean and the repairs looked fantastic! Highly recommend.

Would give 0 star if I could. These guys made my car seem like it was totaled. The car simply needed a new fender hood and bumper. Will never take my car here ever again and if you do beware they are con artists. I wish i knew prior to my accidents before bringing it here that they were benditos . I brought the car to a new shop to get my second opinion and he told me that there is absolutely no major damage causing it to be totaled. He said they were most likely trying to get my car for parts. NO WAY not tricking me not to mention the sketchy way they work they took. 3 weeks to tell me its totaled ! nope not fooling me

I've been using carbone's for my auto body needs for over 20 years. Bob is a master at his craft and handles the insurance companies like no other. Every time I've been there he has faught insurance companies relentlessly on my behalf to get me the most out of my claims including having them pay to use only genuine new factory parts. The crew at carbone's with their expertise has always gone through my vehicles with a fine tooth comb making sure nothing was missed by the insurance companies and everything related to the damage was repaired. From start to finish carbone's handles every aspect of the claim for me including all communication with the insurance companies, setting up rentals,etc.. Bob has Always,Through out the whole process and every step,kept me informed of what was going on and what was next via email or phone. I do have to say with some of my vehicles Carbone's hasn't been the fastest getting my vehicles back to me but they've been without a doubt the best. Their work is excellent, flawless results and in my opinion I'd rather wait the extra few days and have the job done to perfection. My son recently had an auto accident and we brought it to JC Carbone and Sons even though Bob new that the car would most likely be totaled out, he helped us through the whole process he went through the whole vehicle, he handled all the insurance calls and paper work and set up the rental car for my son all free of charge. I can't say enough about the crew at Carbone's thank you for all your help throughout the years

I highly recommend Bob to anyone looking for the best!! I couldn't ask for better customer service. From start to finish, and even after, Bob was constantly available-- always in touch, very patient with answering questions, always on top of everything. There was very little that I had to do other than check in with him every now and then. It took a little longer than I had hoped but my vehicle did have pretty extensive damage. The wait was well worth it because my truck came back perfect!!!!!! I am more than happy with the result. a five star review just isn't enough--- there should be such thing as a 5-diamond review!

I'll never go anywhere else, Bob Carbone runs a tight ship. I was hit from behind and despite an accident report that cleared me of any fault I was still being shuffled from person to person by the insurance companies, and not getting paid what seemed fair. The guys fixed my car faster than I would have thought possible and Bob found a rental car clause that my insurance rep missed and got me more money to fix my car than the appraiser suggested, real old school customer service.

I have been a frequent customer of J C Carbone's and so has my family, I just recently had my car door repaired and it came out great, the guys there really take their time and make sure the job is done right. My car was in there for a total of two weeks and the communication I had with them was awesome. I received a call each week just letting me know what was actually going on and when my car would be ready to be picked up. My car looks brand new again and I couldn't be happier. If anyone was to ask me to recommend them a place to get their car worked on I would recommend them first every time.
