Disappointing! We have a very small apartment that needed a deep clean before the next tenant moved in. No furniture in the apartment. 1 Bedroom, Kitchen, combo living/dining room and bathroom. Easy, right? Not so fast. I was quoted $249.00 for an hour for a team of 4 to come in to do the job. I was told that an hour was plenty (one team member per room). The team arrived within the window specified. My wife pointed out the trouble areas and stressed what needed to be cleaned in the apartment as a dog was in the apartment previously and we needed any dog hair removed.
The team got to work. After 45 minutes or so we received a text that they needed possibly another half hour or so to finish the job. $124.00 or another $249.00 if it went an additional hour. Wait. What? Small apartment, no furniture, straight forward deep clean. 4 people can't get it done in an hour? We politely declined and was told that they would not have time to clean the counters or clean inside the cabinets or clean one side of the refrigerator. Unacceptable.
The team departed and we went to the apartment to review the work that was done. Dust and hair was still in the window sills, the tracks in the sliders, on top of the window treatments, on the blades of the ceiling fan and under the sink in the bathroom. We were floored.
I emailed The Maids about my disappointment and received a voicemail back from Cameron who asked if I could call him back to discuss. I called back and left him a voicemail. He did not return my call. The next day I called again and left a message. Nobody returned my call. I followed up with another email the following day. Nobody responded. So, here we are over a weeks and a half later and I have not heard back from this company to provide feedback and resolution. We had to re-clean the entire apartment so the new tenant could move in. This is terrible service and disappointing that there was no follow up. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Great company I have used for over 30 years. This is our second home. We had the Lime team today. They were lovely young women. Taylor was very nice. They all did a great job. Hope we have them all summer
It’s July 1,2024 and the Blue team just left. They arrived on time and did a great job. This is the first time we have been here this summer. We intend to be here for most of the summer. The ladies of the blue tww e’s am were very nice and did a great job, especially Ivania.. I think she was the only one who spoke English. She was attentive and asked questions if she didn’t understand what we needed to have done. I hope in 4 weeks the Blue team will come back.

The Lime team did a great job at my mom's house, Abigail cleans dream bathrooms that look like a hotel, what professionalism. The girls are also very good.

I used The Maids and the Team (Lime: Taylor, Lisa, Abigail, and Taylor) did a fantastic job! We have pets, dust bunnies, and generally needed a deep clean and they did a great job. They even found a pair of my eye glasses that I looked everywhere for! Will definitely use their services again!

Taylor and the members of her Lime Team were excellent and a pleasure to deal with. They arrived on time, introduced themselves and started by reviewing what I wanted from the visit to ensure we all had the same expectations. Throughout their visit, they were respectful of my home. During the final walk through I found they had delivered everything I asked for with great care and attention to detail. Definitely a happy return customers.

Not enough stars! Not enough adjectives! The BLUE team simply rocks, and my house is clean and happy again...from floors, furniture, nooks and crannies, lampshades, glass in the interior and exterior doors, rugs, appliances, even my stainless steel kitchen trash can...all beautifully SPOTLESS. After a plumbing mishap, resulting in a complete bathroom demolition and rebuild, the house was a complete 'plaster dust' mess... kind of what happens when someone takes a sledgehamer to your walls.
Workers coming and going for the past two months left everything dirty, smelly, and cuttered...but I finally have my clean house back.
It has been a positive and fully satisfying experience with The Maids. Thank you, Ivania, Rosa, and Silvia. ?
