The staff at Baker Pharmacy are friendly and efficient. The pharmacist, Sidney Anderson, is really knowledgeable and pleasant. And I love the soda fountain! I love that we still have a small town independent pharmacy in our little hometown.

I’ve been exclusively using bakers for my prescriptions for years. I’m so bummed out that the only pharmacy in town isn’t following the town wide mask mandate, when covid is surging in western mass. I don’t feel safe picking up my prescriptions there, especially since I have an infant who can’t wear a mask or get vaccinated yet. I’m disappointed that I’ll have to give my business to cvs, but I don’t think I have any other options. You’d think that a pharmacy, of all places, would believe in science and follow board of health recommendations.

Sometimes they don't have all the meds that were ordered and they don't call and tell you so you show up for a prescription and walk away empty handed , screwing up your whole day.

I have been using this pharmacy for almost ten years now and have no complaints. It is always neat and clean, and the staff is pleasant, attentive, and willing to answer questions if needed. They will contact the physician or medical facility for refills if needed and work with them to coordinate care. Joe the head pharmacist is awesome!

Baker Pharmacy is the best in EVERY way. Where else can I get a wide choice of manicuring scissors, epsom salt, my prescription filled and a realfrappe!! They serve Franklin County with efficiency and good nature. Even if you do not live in Shelburne Falls, here's the perfect excuse to go.

Small Town care the pharmacist are amazing and go above and beyond you won't get that kind of care from CVS or rite aide they are extremely affordable but most important your treated with respect it's a non judgemental place and always greeted with a smile
