I am giving this place an excellent rating for the kindness and pity Brenda took on me! I was in a state of panic when I showed up after getting rear ended, Brenda calmed me down, helped me with the insurance steps and told me I needed a rental right away because my rear lights were smashed. She was right. Additionally, she had one of the mechanics bolt down my rear panel which was sticking out. I was not able to get my bodywork done there (they are so popular that they were booked out months!) but they will be the people I recommend to anyone.

I couldn't recommend this place highly enough. They went above and beyond helping me out even when it was determined that my car was totalled and they were not going to get any money out of me. I am confident you will get a fair price and honest work for any issues you have with your car.

Driving home Christmas night a deer ran out of the woods right in front of our car. We brought it to Steve's Collision the next day. They helped to get us into a rental car. They told us what to expect and what the process is for getting our car repaired. They called me the day after New Years day to tell us our car is ready. Quick, professional service. Our car looks nearly brand new even though it is a 2012. We can't say enough good things about them. We will definitely be a repeat customer.

I highly recommend Steve’s Collision Center if you have ever been in an accident! They were fantastic during the repair process and really made me feel taken care of! They answered all my questions and kept the communication going unlike my insurance company! Brenda was very patient and really does care about the customers. They did an A+++++ job on repairing my car! When I got it back it was like a new car. Looks so much better now than before the accident! ? FYI: they were referred to me by someone else! If I ever need body work done on my car again ( hopefully I won’t lol) I will be going back to them! There are not enough stars to give this place the rating they truly deserve

No one really wants to visit collision shop, I drove pass Steve’s Collision center hundreds time, never notice this place. I visited Steve’s Collision Center for a broken Washer reservoir and a fog light. Jason was so helpful, explained everything to me and accommodated my schedule to have it fixed. Thanks to the gentleman (I didn’t get his name) fixed my car so early in the morning. It was such a great experience! Steve’s Collision center has great customer service, great workmanship and honest shop all around! I would give them 10 stars if I could, HIGHLY recommended!!!Service: Body & Trim

No one likes the stress of being involved in a car accident. Without a doubt my first place to go to was Steve's. From start to finish I knew what was going on. If there were any delays- I was made aware. Customer service was incredible.My vehicle was returned cleaned, sanitized, and of course looking way better than when it went in. Totally embarrassing but this is the second time I've had them fix my car! The shop is clean and tidy and everyone is so helpful. My car looks like new! We go there from west boylston and totally worth the haul! Highly recommend!

I have had some bad luck with my brand new 4 runner. 3 incidents in the matter of 4 months. Steve's collision handled all three for me. My car was fixed to original state brand new, my rental was waiting for me, and the timing of the repairs were unbelievably quick every time. I was referred to Steve's collision by 3 separate people while searching for a shop to handle my repairs. I will now refer people there myself. There is nothing I could say that would have made my experience better. I'm extremely happy with all three visits. Now I hope I can stay out of the repair shop for a little while. Lol
