My wife came in for an oil change and tire rotation. She waited two hours when she had an appointment scheduled. Upon her leaving, she was told her tires were rotated and was charged for the rotation. Long story short, they were never rotated. When I called, the secretary was incredibly rude and spoke negatively on the intelligence of my wife. They are refunding us for the rotation, but the woman at the front desk was rude the entire time, unapologetic, and quite frankly, unprofessional. I never write reviews like this but just want everyone to know how this company does business. Maybe a little compassion would go a long way...

Incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to help me with a new tire. I often get other services, oil change and brakes, and have never felt like they were trying to upsell or have me purchase something that wasn’t necessary. Highly recommend and nothing better than supporting an employee owned business!

My car blew a tire and had it towed to Sullivan tire. I had to deal with the issue from 2 hours away over the phone. Dave was awesome. Thank you!

Sullivan Tire in Sturbridge MA has been amazing to both my fiance and I on multiple occasions. The staff that we have met; Dave, Dylan, Lisa and John, have all been more than wonderful to us. Always helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. 10 out of 10 will recommend / go back for our automotive needs!

The analysis of my problem was spot on, contrary to a different quote which I had attained from my mechanic of many years. It saved me hundreds of dollars.
