Personally won’t return to this store but home depot did make right a system error. I don’t agree with certain parts of the situation but corporate did fix it and I’m grateful upgrading to 3 stars

We went to Home Depot as a class on a community trip on a Wednesday morning. It was a little busy and the trickiest part was the checkout. There were only self checkouts (around 6 maybe), and one checkout with a human. Only 1 self checkout took cash and then the employee at the check out took cash. We were shopping with cash and when it was our turn the self-checkout broke. There were a lot of lines then for people needing to pay with cash. We wished more of the self-checkouts took cash. Overall though, the store had lots of space to get around and didn't seem too crowded.
The employees were nice and helped us find things. Not only did they tell us which aisle to go to but they physically brought us to the item we were looking for. The store was clean and organized, the aisles were well labeled. It did smell a bit like a warehouse/wood working building.
There weren't any deals really, but every product we looked for had a varying amount of prices. This helped with budgeting. In terms of accessibility, the aisles were pretty big and so our friends in wheelchairs could get down them. But there were a lot things in the aisles that we had to go around. There were carts and cleaning floor machines and boxes that were being unpacked. The self checkout was accessible, a good height for someone sitting in a wheelchair to reach. There were automatic doors, so you didn't have to open them yourself, and the whole store was one floor.
At Home Depot we bought a variety of things. We bought numbers to label the house, an exit sign that had braille on it, cleaning supplies, a house plant, soil to plant some seeds we bought and bird seed. Everything was pretty well priced and easy to find.
Overall we had a very good time and got everything we needed. The only thing we wanted that they didn't sell were bird house making kits!

The staff there is wonderful they point you in the right direction of what you need.Its all I can ask there not there to take you step by step how to do complete a construction project.

I've been shopping at this Home Depot for years and years, and I've noticed recently that the stock levels have become very good and the employees I've asked for help seem more interested in helping than in years past. Tonight I went over at 8:30pm and the store was pretty empty. I needed several electrical items for a project and I want to thank Michael in the electrical department. He asked what I was doing and was really helpful with practical advice about how to save but still get the right parts. He was so helpful and knowledgeable that I asked him how he knew all this and he turned out to be a retired electrician with over 20 years of experience! What a gem ! I hope Home Depot management will continue to add people like Michael. He's the best in a store that's always improving.

I check it out almost every month to see what’s new and what discounts are available. From flowers, green plants, rapeseed to various construction materials, insecticides, paints, electrical appliances, wood and cement, everything is basically available. If you like decoration and gardening, I recommend you to come here.

I went in on 1/23 around 9:00pm. Worst group of employees. Rude and useless. I would never go back to this store. Not sure why you would hire such awful people. They all need customer service training. ALL OF THEM. If it was just one or two then I can see it is an individual but when you try to ask 10 people they are rude or unhelpful.

Ordered items online. Assigned to this store and order was fake delivered twice. They use a delivery service but problem was manager said was going to call back twice and never did. Then told me to wait 7 to 10 days to receive refund. Horrible customer service reflected on manager

Recently bought a storm door and had it installed, and the experience was great. Mill-work did a great job helping with the purchase and arranging the installation and the contracted installer (Artur from RF Installations) was very prompt and professional and did a great job! Thank you!
